Guest Designer for Paradise of Stamps

Hi Everyone

I was so thrilled to see that I won a challenge recently at Paradise of Stamps.  When you win the challenge you are invited to be Guest Designer for a future challenge so here I am lol!

The theme for this month is Your Favourite Thing.

I made a card using School Girl Emma digi stamp from Pink Gem Designs.  Emma is one of my favourite characters at Pink Gem.  I usually colour her up for pregnancy cards but she looks just as fab as a school girl.  I coloured her using Copics and fussy cut her.

The Card is a 6" Square and I have layered shades of White with Blue Bazzill.  The Blackboard is a wooden die that I have owned for several years but only gets an airing if I have a School Theme to make lol!  The sentiment I typed on the laptop before I printed the image.  I used white peel offs for the ABC and finished with  Blue Pearl Gems.

Rosy Greens

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Fabrika Fantasy  challenge blog.

The theme for this month is Add Pearls/Gems.

I have used this image called Young Marguerite and I have coloured her using Copics.  You can find her and all the other fabulous digi stamps in the STORE 

For my DT card I used a 7" Scalloped Card Blank and the Patterned Paper is from Trimcraft.  The sentiment is hand stamped and is from Stampingallday.  I cut the image out using a Spellbinders Decorative oval and the flourishes are a Marianne Creatables die.  I added some Paper Roses and finished by adding Green Pearl Gems.

Dancing CAS Style

It is the start of a new challenge today over at CCC Digi Creations 

The theme for the next fortnight is No Patterned Papers.  I hope you can come and play along with us.

I chose to work with this image called Big Eye Girl Dances with Cat and Dog

and I have coloured this using Copics and ProMarkers.  I went for a CAS style but used a Memento Dew Drop Ink Pad to add colour around the edges of the image.

Sparkly Tree

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Creative Craft Cottage 

The theme for the next two weeks is Let's Get Sparkly and one of our sponsors for this challenge is Bugaboo Stamps and I chose to work with this image called 3 Square Tree which I coloured with Copics and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter to.

The Card Blank is a 6" Square and I have layered some patterned paper from my stash onto White Glitter Card.  I popped on a Silver Lurex Bow and a couple of aqua gems to the snow flakes to finish it off.

Snowboard and Snowflakes

It is the start of a new challenge at A Gem of A Challenge 

  

 

The theme for the next two weeks is Snow Fun (Must include Snowflakes)

For my DT inspiration card I used this image called Andy on Snowboard and I have coloured him with Copics and ProMarkers.  I made my eldest Son's Christmas Card.  I am so organised this year with my Family Cards lol.

The Card Blank is a 7" Square and the patterned paper is from Helz Cuppleditch.  The sentiment I typed on the laptop before printing the image.  I used a X-Cut Snowflake Punch to punch the Blue Glittery Snowflakes.

Princess Car

Hi Everyone

It is New Release Time and you will find 5 new fabulous images in the  Fabrika Fantasy Store

I have chosen to work with this one called Traveling Princess and I have coloured her using Copics. and I used a Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen to add some sparkle to the crown and the car detail.   I added the sentiment to add a bit of humour the card.  Looks like she driving herself to the ball in her little car lol!

I used a Grey Bazzill Bling and a Romance Bazzill shade for the Layering.  I finished by adding Pearl Gems to make a border down the right hand side.
