Witch Window

Hi Everyone

Here is another card from me using the gorgeous Charming Enchanters Pairables Set that are available in the store at Digi Doodle Studios

For this card I used the owl, the witch, the book and one of the sentiments which I cut up and put in the windows.  I coloured the characters using Copics.

The card is a 6" Square and I used a Gina Marie Die for the window.  I created a background using Distress Inks.  I have just started using these and although I only have a handful if colours I am getting better at blending them.

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

Non Traditional Joy!

Hi Everyone

Its Tuesday and I am here to share with you a card I made using this cute image called Sparkle, Glitter & Joy Snowmen from Digi Doodle Studios

This card started out as a red and green traditional card and ended up totally non traditional colours!  Not quite sure how it happened lol!  I coloured the image using Copics and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter

I used an embossed dots white card and the coral coloured frame is a Gina Marie Die.  I punched some snowflakes and added these and popped on some Gina Marie Sequins to the centres.  To finish I added a satin bow.

Cute Dragon Pairables

Hi Everyone

I have been playing with more Pairables from Digi Doodle Studios

I have combined the cute Dragon-Heart set with the Rainbows-n-Skies set and come up with this cute baby card which I made for a friend who has just had a little boy.

There are lots of sets available in the STORE and you can mix and match them all to create scenes or just use them as individual digi stamps.

This card is a 7" Square and I used an MFT Stitched inside and out square die to create the window which I put the cloud paper behind.  This paper is a digi paper also from Digi Doodle Studios called Bundles of Joy

I copied and pasted the images that I wanted to use into word to create the scene then printed them out, fussy cut them and coloured them using Copics.

I hand stamped the "Welcome Little One" Sentiment which is from Stampingallday, popped on a Blue Satin Bow and finished by adding Blue Pearl Gems

Some of the other DT at Digi Doodle Studios have been playing with the pairables sets this month too.  If you have missed them head over to the DDS Facebook Group and you will find them.

Rattata's Mistletoe

Hi Everyone

I am posting a little extra inspiration for you today for Digi Doodle Studios with this cute guy called Rattata's Mistletoe which I have coloured using Copics and added some Diamond Sparkles Glitter to.  I then fussy cut him.

I used a black glitter card for the background and used a Memory Box Die to cut out the Snowflake border.  I used a stitched wavy border die to cut out the snow hill at the bottom.  I hand stamped the "Let it Snow" sentiment which is from Stampingallday.

Dinosaur Dress Up!

Hi Everyone

It is getting closer!  There are going to be some fabulous new releases on Friday this week in the Digi Doodle Studios Store  The theme is costume party.  It's for all those occasions when you play dress up!

This is my second image showcase and this one is dressed up as a Dinosaur!  What little boy doesn't like Dinosaurs?  My youngest Son is still mad about them and he had a green costume when he was really young!

This image is called Dino Dean and I have coloured him using Copics

The card is a 6" Square and the patterned paper is from a Crafter's Companion Paper Pad.  I cut the image out using a GoKreate Circle Die and layered it onto a scalloped circled that I cut using a Spellbinders die.  As he was carrying a pumpkin bag I cut a pumpkin out and popped this on too.

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

New Release Pirate

Hi Everyone

There are going to be some fabulous new releases on Friday this week in the Digi Doodle Studios Store  The theme is costume party.  It's for all those occasions when you play dress up!

I have two of the new releases to show case, the second one on the 18th so be sure to check back and see!

This one is called Pauley Pirate and I have coloured him up using Copics. Isn't he just the cutest in his Pirate Ourfit.

In theDigi Doodle Studios Facebook Group there is a Sketch challenge going on so I combined my New Release project with the sketch that is over there.

Hope you can come and play along.  I have turned the sketch on its side for this project

My card is a 6" square and the patterned papers are from a Santoro Paper Pack

The sentiment is hand stamped and punched out and I used a skull and crossbones die cut.  I finished with black pearl gems

Good Witch or a Bad Witch?

Hi Everyone

Here is my second creation using the Charming Enchanters Pairables that are available from Digi Doodle Studios  I just love creating different scenes with these cuties.

You can find this set HERE in the store.

I love playing with these!  This time I used the witch, the potion bottles, the shelf and the book and created a little scene that I thought looked like a stone castle wall and wooden floor.

All of this has been coloured with Copics.  The card is a 7" x 5" and I drew in the wooden planks for the floor and the wall is a stencil

I think this character is so so sweet, she must be a good Witch although her green gloop looks a bit menacing lol

If you haven't seen the new Pairables range at Digi Doodle Studios you really need to pop over and check them out they are all so cute and you have so many options with them.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today and share this card with me.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.

Santa's Eve Gift Bag

Hi Everyone

It is my turn to share some cute inspiration with you for Digi Doodle Studios

If you haven't visited the store you should!  There are so many cute digis available in there for all occasions

This is a Gift Bag I have made using Santa's Eve which I have coloured using Copics and then fussy cut

I used a red mirror card for the base and the Christmas word card is from Limetree crafts. I have had it in my stash for a long time!  I cut the presents using a Sizzix Die and added a ribbon with a hand tied bow.  I used a tag die and cut a matching tag and attached with glitter thread.  To finish I popped on some red pearl gems.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and share this Gift Bag with me today.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon

For my DT project I have used Be My Valentine and I have coloured this using Copics

The card is a 7" Square and I have used Embossed Hearts card together with Red Plain Card.  I tied a bow and added a Ribbon Border with a Silver Heart Charm and die cut the letters using a Memory Box Die.  I finished by adding Red Pearl Heart Gems

New Charming Enchanters

Hi Everyone

Digi Doodle Studios have recently bought out a new series of Digi Stamps.  They are called Pairables and they are sets of digi stamps all saved in "png" and you can use them to build up scenes.  You can mix and match the sets or just use them as individual digis but they are so fabulous they are my new craft addiction!

There are Halloween ones, baking ones, cute dragons and owls and more you just have to take a look.  You can find this set HERE in the store.

This card is made from the set called Charming Enchanters and I used the owl, the wizard, the witch and one of the star arrangements.

I drew in the background which is similar to a class I took a while ago at Kit and Clowder Colouring Classes

The class had a background or showed you how to create your own.  I created my own for this card and I am pleased with how it turned out.  I have no faith in my drawing abilities lol

The card is a 6" Square and I coloured this whole scene using Copics.

Sketch Time with Vanessa Rae

Hi Everyone

There is a sketch challenge started today in the Digi Doodle Studios Facebook Group

Here is the sketch and you have until the end of the month to enter your project.  You can use any  Digi Doodle Studios image and I chose to make a Gift Bag using Vanessa Rae which I have coloured using Copics

Here is the Sketch and my Gift Bag side by side so you can see

The pattern paper I bought from Limetree Craft at the NEC Birmingham a few years ago and I have just got around to using it.  The Poinsettia's I cut using a Robert Addams Die and added yellow pearl gems to the centres.  The sentiment I hand stamped and is from Stampingallday.  The poinsettia in the Top Left of the bag I mounted on a circle cut from a X-Cut die and layered onto a scalloped circle I cut using a Spellbinders Die.  I finished by adding the red pearl gems.
