Christmas Tilda at Crafting By Designs

Hi Everyone

I was so thrilled to be asked to be a Guest Designer at Crafting By Designs.  I would like to say Thank you to Doris and the Team for having me for this Challenge.

The Theme is Get Ready for Christmas and it would be really great if you would come on over and join in with us.  It's never too early to start your Christmas Cards!

For my Guest Designer Make I used a Magnolia Tilda Rubber Stamp called Christmas Tilda with Cat and I coloured this with ProMarkers.  I went for a Non Traditional Colour Scheme.  The Card Blank is a 6" Scalloped Square.  My Base/Frame Layer is a Bazzill Basics Blue Shade and the Background Papers are from Wild Rose Studio's Frosty Lace Paper Pack.  I added a Glittery Blue Ribbon.  I used a Cheery Lynn Holly Flourish Die and cut one in a Blue Shade and the other in a light Brown.  I used a Robert Addams Poinsettia Die and layered up the Poinsettias.  I punched the middle using Papermania Daisy Punch and then added Small Blue Pearl Gems to the Centres.  I finished by adding larger Blue Pearl Gems.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  I do love reading them.  Hope you can stop by again soon.

Anything Goes with Autumn Shades

Hi Everyone

It's time for another Challenge over at Scribble and Scrap Challenge Blog.  Sadly this is the last challenge as Lexie has decided to close the blog down.  I have had a great time being on the team and I wish Lexie and her family all the best.  Would be lovely if you would come on over and join in with our last Anything Goes Challenge #47 for this fortnight.

For My DT Inspiration I have made an Autumn Colour Card.  I know it's only just coming up for Summer but I liked this Image so much I wanted to stick with colours to match her title.

The Image is from Sweet Pea Stamps and is called Enys Guerrero's Fairy Princess of Autumn. I coloured her using my ProMarkers and added a bit of shine to her bodice using ma Green Gelly Roll Glitter Pen.  The Card Blank is a 6" Square and my Base/Frame layer is a Bazzill Basics Green Shade.  The Background Paper is from Bo Bunny.  I have added a Green Ribbon Trim and some Cheery Lynn Fanciful Flourish Die Cuts.  The Butterfly Die Cuts are from Memory Box.

Thank you for sharing this card with me and taking the time to visit my blog.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.

Morgan's ArtWorld - For The Ladies

Hi Everyone

Its time for a Brand new Challenge at Morgans ArtWorldThe Theme for this fortnight is For The Ladies.  It would be great if you would come over and join in with us.

I made a Birthday Card using Image Fae 9 and here is what I used to create it.  The Card Blank is 7" Square and I coloured the Image using Promarkers.  I used a Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen to highlight and add sparkle to the tattoo on her face and her necklace. (The picture does not show this properly, in the photo it looks silver but its actually purple!)  I used Bazill Basics Card in a Purple and a Green for my Frame Layers.  The Butterfly Background Paper is from the Wild Rose Studio Butterfly Glade Paper Pack.  The Ribbon is a Purple Grosgrain and  I Hand Tied the Bow.  I cut the Butterflies using a Memory Box Fluttering Corner Die.  I Hand Stamped the "Happy Birthday" Sentiment using a Tuxedo Memento Ink Pad and then to finish added several Purple Pearl Gems

I hope you can pop on over and join in with the Challenge and you can find more of Morgans's Artwork here.

Thank you for visiting my blog.  I love to read your comments and I really appreciate you taking the time to leave them.  I look forward to you visiting again soon.

Sideways Heart!

Hi Everyone

Here it is!!!! My first make for CCC Digi Creations.  I am so pleased to be on the Team.  I have a great bunch of Teamies!
Our sponsor for this fortnight is Bugaboo Stamps.  I used this image which is called Wee One - Ice Cream Fall.

The Theme for this fortnight is "Not Quite Straight"  I spent a lot of time pondering this and decided that I would turn a Die round and create a "Not Straight" Shape.  So I used my Sizzix Heart Dies and turned them on their side.  I cut the Card Base using the Largest one from Card from my Stash and then cut the Image out using the next size.  I coloured the image using ProMarkers and I thought the Sentiment went really well with this image as she looks like she could do with a better day tomorrow lol.  This image really reminds me of my 5 year old daughter.  We call her Clumsy Chloe.  This is the sort of thing that happens to her!  The Sentiment is from Lili of The Valley.  I added some Paper Roses, a Satin Bow and finished with White Pearl Gems.

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

Please pop on over to the challenge blog and join in the fun with us there.  Thank you for stopping by and sharing this card with me.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.

Monochrome Thank You

Hi Everyone

I have been colouring up in Grey Scale again.  This time I used a Tilda Rubber Stamp called Tilda with Ballet Shoes.  This is another card to add to the pile of Thank you cards that I need to make for the Teachers.  I stamped the Image using a Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad and coloured her using ProMarkers.  I added some Diamond Sparkles Glitter to her Headband and Bow.  The Thank You stamp is an old wooden one I have had for years!  I used some Black Pearlised Adorable Scorable Card for my Base Layer from Hunkdory and as its CAS Style (Although everyone seems to have different ideas about CAS) and its supposed to be minimal everything, I added Black Pearl Gems to finish!

Don't forget we have a Guest Designer call out over at Unicorn Challenge. We would love it if you would come on over and link up your blog for a chance to be our Guest Designer for our October Challenge

Anything Goes with Little Doggie

Hi Everyone

It's the start of another Anything Goes Challenge (#46) over at Scribble and Scrap Challenge Blog.  It would be great if you could join us this fortnight for our Challenge.  My DT Card is below but we have a really talented team so come on over and have a look at their wonderful inspiration creations.

I have used an image that I won in a Challenge a little while ago from Meljen's Designs.  Its called Get Along Little Doggie.  I made this one Female but I am itching to make up a Boy one!  I coloured the image using my ProMarkers and used Go Greate Frilly Frame Die to cut her out and an extra one for Layering.  The Card Blank is 7" Square and I have used Pink Gingham as my Base/Frame Layer.  The Paw Print Card is from Hunkydory and this was my last sheet.  It's discontinued now unfortunately.  I used a Black Gingham Ribbon and popped Pink Helz Cuppleditch Bows on it.  I added a Black Gingham Ribbon, a "Big Hugs" Sentiment and finished with some Pink Star Gems.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and share this card with me.  Hope you can come and join in the Challenge.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.

Wedded Bliss!

Hi Everyone

I have a Wedding Card to share with you this time!  I have made it in Navy/Ivory Colour Scheme as that's the recipients Wedding Colours!

I have used the gorgeous Wedding Couple Image from Aurora Wings.  I loved colouring this up and will no doubt do it again but in different colours!  I coloured it using ProMarkers and then added Glittery Shine using my Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen.  Its so glittery I just hope you can see at least some of it in the photo's.  The Card Blank is a 7" Square and my Base/Frame Layer is Bazzill Basics Navy Colour.  The Ivory is a Plain Card Stock from my Stash.  The Die Cuts are both cut from the Bazzill Navy and they are Memory Box Dies.  (Precious Hearts and Loveland Corner)  The Sentiment is from Hunkydory and I stamped this using a Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad.  I added some Paper Flowers, a Large Satin Bow and some Clear Blue Heart/Circle Gems to finish.
