Up Up and Away!

Hi Everyone

Here I am sharing another inspiration for the Pink Gem Etsy Shop

For my project today I made this hanging heart to decorate a little boys bedroom/playroom using Unicorn Balloon which I have coloured with Copics and a Clear Star Jelly Roll Pen. Boys like Unicorns too!  (Well mine does anyway lol!) The clouds and sun are a spellbinders die and I added ribbon to hang it.  I popped on a couple of punched butterflies to finish.

I would like to enter this hanging heart into the following Challenges

Shades of Pink

Hi Everyone

It must be Tuesday again as I am here to share some inspiration for Digi Doodle Studios

I have been playing much more with my Memento Dew Drop Ink Pads and so I made this background using two different shades of Pink Memento Inks.

The image is called Eden Light Fairy and I coloured her with Copics and a Clear Star Gelly Pen.

For Dad

Hi Everyone

Today I have a Father's Day Card to share with you.  I am getting ahead before it looms up on me lol!

For this card I followed this weeks sketch at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.  I really like it so I kept my design exactly to it rather than change it at all

Here is the sketch

My card is a 7" x 5" and I have used a stitched star die and a Cheery Lynn Banner die.  The sentiment is hand stamped using a Memento Tuxedo Ink Pad and is from Stampingallday.

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

The Paper Shelter - Add Some Stars
Craft Rocket Challenges - For Men/Boys
Crafty Catz - Anything Goes

I also made another one as I loved the sketch.  Its very similar lol

Sheep Judging!

Hi Everyone

It is my turn to share some inspiration for Digi Doodle Studios

Today I am sharing a card I made using Little Elijah which I have coloured using Copics.  I also created the background using Copics.

This Image reminds me of when people used to take sheep/lambs to Spring Country Fairs for judging so i created this card with this in mind. (hence the banner with Sheep written on it!)

The card is a 6" square and I double layered it using this daisy paper from Wild Rose Studio.  I cut the flowers and leaves using a Marriane Craftables die.  The Banner I cut using a Joy Crafts Die and added the letters which are alphabet peel offs.  To finish I added Clear Gems to the flower centres.

And Another One!

Hi Everyone

I fell in love with this Easter Bunny from Craftin Desert Divas so I have coloured him up again lol!  This time he is grey and I made him a bit smaller than the one I did before.  I coloured him using Copics, a white gel pen and Diamond Sparkles Gltter. I created the background using Memento Dew Drop Ink pads.  The sentiment is hand stamped as is from Stampinallday.

Rainbow and Unicorns

Hi Everyone

Something a bit different from me today.  I am in the trying something new mode.  I recently made my first ever box card and now I have made a card that uses dies to create the Cloud background rather than my Dew Drop Inks.

The Images are called Pot of Gold and Rainbow (I used only the rainbow) and Be A Unicorn from Craftin Desert Divas and I coloured them up using Copics and a Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen.  There is sparkle on the rainbow and on both Unicorns but not sure that the photo picks it up!  I still used my Dew Drop Sky Blue inkpad to add some colour where the clouds overlapped.   I had alot of fun creating this little magical sky scene.

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

Baby Deer

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of the new challenge over at Dragonfly Dreams

The theme for this month is Include an Animal.   I hope that you can come on over and play along with us.

We are being sponsored by Oddball Art Co

I chose to work with this image called Cute Christmas Baby Deer with Bow which I have coloured with Promarkers and a white gel pen to do the dots on the bow.  I don't normally get my Promarkers out very much but I find when I colour an animal which has smooth fur if I go over it with the blender it gives me a fur type texture look.  Doesn't work the same with Copics lol

I made a Baby's first Christmas card. The card is a 6" Square and the patterned paper is from Helz Cuppleditch.  I used a Spellbinders oval die to cut the image and mounted this onto a Decorative Oval which is another Spellbinders die.  I hand stamped the sentiment and then punched it out and layered this onto a scalloped circle (another Spellbinders Die lol)  I finished by adding a polkadot bow and pearl gems.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and share this card with me.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.

I hope that you can come on over and play along with us this month.

We are being sponsored by Craftin Desert Divas They have an amazing catalogue of cute digi stamps or if you prefer rubber stamping then they have loads of them too.

For my DT card I chose to work with this image called Bear with Umbrella which I have coloured using Copics.  The sentiment I typed on the laptop before printing.

Rainy Weather

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of the new challenge over at Pearly Sparkles Challenge

The theme for this month is Flowers and Showers. This theme can be interpreted in several ways. You could go with the flowers or you could go with the showers as in the weather kind or you could add a little humour and go with showers as in the bath kind lol!  I hope you can come on over and play along with us this month

For my DT project I have coloured up this image called Shopping in Yorkshire from SheepSki Designs so as you can see I have gone with the Showers as in the weather kind lol!   Come on over to the blog to see what the design team decided to go with!

The Image is coloured with Copics and I used a London Fog Memento Dew Drop Ink pad to grey the background.  The verse is a stamp from Woodware.
