"One For The Girls" at Come and Get It Challenges

Hi Everyone

I am very pleased to be here at Come and Get It Challenges as Guest Designer this week.  Fitztown are sponsoring this Challenge and the theme is One For The Girls.  Thank you so much to the Design Team for having me!

I have used Image Ballerina from Fitztown Store.  Please click here to browse the fabulous Fitztown Images available.

To create this Card I used a 6" Scalloped Square Card Blank.  I coloured the Image using Promarkers and Graph It Markers.  Yes!!! I have finally tried a different pen.  I am increasing my collection of these but I cannot swap my Promarkers for them!  My Base/Frame Layer is a Bazill Basics and both the Patterened Papers are from LOTV Promises Paper Pad.  I recently treated my self to a X Cut rounded Corner Punch so I have used this to round of the square edges.  I Hand Stamped the "With Love" Sentiment using a Tuxedo Memento Ink Pad, added a Large Lilac Satin Bow and finished with several Purple Gems.

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

Thank you for visiting my blog and sharing this card with me.  I would love to know what you think, so please leave me a comment.  Hope to see you again soon.

Anything Goes with CAS Notelets!

Hi Everyone

Its the start of a New Challenge at Scribble and Scrap Challenge Blog

The theme as always is Anything Goes.  Please come over and join in with Challenge #41

My DT Creation this time is a Notelet Set, all done CAS Style.  I have used all Penny Johnson Stamps and the names of these are Little Tobi Watering Roses, Little Tobi with Pinwheel, Sweet Dreams & Looking Chic.  As a child I was addicted to shuffling paper and buying packs of notelets to write to people on. (I still am lol) so I thought why not make your own little pack up.  And here it is lol!!!!  I made the folder by cutting down an A4 sheet of card and scoring a line either side of the middle (it needed height)  I then made pockets to put the notelets and envelopes in.  The notelet card blanks are 4" square.  All the images are coloured using ProMarkers.  As it's CAS style there isn't much else to say other than I couldn't resist adding a Bow to the Front Cover but I did restrain myself from adding Gems!

I would like to enter this creation into the following Challenges

Thank you for visiting my blog and sharing this with me.  I have a love for Penny Johnson Stamps so watch out for more creations using them!  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think, I love reading them and really appreciate you leaving them.  Hope to see you again soon.

Easter at Jo's Scrap Shack!

Hello Everyone

I am pleased to be a Guest Designer at Jo's Scrap Shack.  Fitztown are sponsoring the New Challenge at Jo's Scrap Shack.  The Theme is Easter and I have used the Image called Easter 5 which you can find at the Fitztown Store.  Thank you to Jo and the team for having me with them.  It would be great if you could come on over and join in with the Challenge.

I made an easel card.  I cut the shape using Go Kreate Frilly Frame Die and coloured the Image using ProMarkers.  The Patterned Paper is from LOTV One Birdie Lane Paper Pad.  I decided to keep the card fairly simple so as not to take the focus away from the Extremely Cute Bunny!  I Hand Stamped the Sentiment using Memento Tuxedo Ink Pad and I added Paper Flowers, a Satin Bow and Various Clear Orange shade Gems.

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

My Mother in Law's favourite colour is Green so I decided to use this Image to make her Mother's Day Card.  Here is what I used.

The Card Size is a 7" Square Easel.  I used a Forest Green Plain Cardstock for my Base/Frame Layer and the Patterned Paper is from the Back to Nature Paper Pack.  I added a Ribbon Border and Hand Tied the Bow.  The Sentiments are both from Stampingallday and I Stamped them using a Tuxedo Memneto Ink Pad.  The Die that I have used in the Bottom Right Hand Corner is Memory Box Loveland Corner.  To finish I added Green Pearl Gems

Green and Flowers for my Mother In Law, her two favourite things!

Thank you for sharing this with me and taking the time to visit my blog.  I am so pleased that you could stop by.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope you can come back again soon.

Happy Easter with Lillies

Hi There!

I don't normally make Easter Cards but I decided to change that this year, especially when I found Hannah Lynn's Easter Lily Fairy Image!  I have coloured her using my Promarkers and Graph'It Markers and added Diamond Sparkles Angel Whispers Glitter to her wings and the Lily's Stamens (I think that's what they are called)  My Base/Frame Layer is a Bazill Basics Brown Shade and I have used a Yellow Polka Dot Patterned Card for the Background.  I Hand Stamped the "Happy Easter" Sentiment which is from Stampingallday, added Foam Lillies, a couple of Yellow Bows and finished with some clear Yellow Gems.  Hopefully you can see that the Lillies are coloured in a light yellow.  Yellow is a strange colour for my camera to pick up!

Thank you for visiting and sharing my first ever Easter Card!  I hope you like it.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think, I do appreciate you taking the time to leave them.  I hope to see you again soon.

Anything Goes with Fancy Fold Tilda!

Hello Everyone

How Excited am I?  Too excited for words!!!  I have been selected to be on the Scribble and Scrap Design Team and this is my first post.  Thank you Lexie for giving me this opportunity.  Please come on over to the Scribble and Scrap Challenge Blog and join in with Challenge #40 Anything Goes.

For my Creation I have chosen to make something new to me.  I have never made a multi-fold card before but one of the DT Members of another challenge made one recently and I was inspired to have a go. I have a close friend (A Special Lady!) who has recently started card making and blogging.  She is yet to own her own Die Cutting Machine so I thought I would do some cuts for her to keep her going until she has one of her own.  I decided that I would present them in a card rather than a Cello Bag lol!  So here it is.

I have used two different Tilda Stamps which I stamped using a Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad.  The Images are called Tilda with two Rosettes and Tilda binding Flowers. I coloured them up using ProMarkers.  The Top Edging of each fold I cut using a Signature Die called Josephine Lace Edger.  My Base/Frame Layer is Bazzill Basics Purple Pizazz and the Patterned Paper is from LOTV's Promises Paper Pad.  I made the pockets using this too.  The Verse is Hand Stamped and is from stampingallday.  The Flourishes (Both Large and Small) I cut using a Tattered Lace Cherished Flourish Die.  I added Lilac Bows and Clear Purple Flower Gems to finish.  I filled the pockets with several of my favourite die cuts. Tattered Lace Cherished Flourish, Wild Rose Studio Blossom Burst, Memory Box Precious Hearts and Memory Box Precious Stars.  I took lots of photos of this card from different angles and close up!!

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

Artbymiran Challenge #27 Anything Goes

Hello Everyone

I am sooooo excited to be a Guest Designer at Artbymiran Challenge Blog.  I love her Images and I was so thrilled to be picked.  Thank you to Mi Ran and the Team for having me!  The Theme is Anything Goes and it would be lovely to have you pop over and join in.

I made a Center Stepper Card for my Sister-in-Law's 50th Birthday.  The Image is called Lady Penelope and  is just perfect.  Green is her favourite colour so I went with this!  I coloured the Image using Promarkers and Graph'It Markers and I am not sure the Photo shows it but I added Diamond Sparkles Green Glitter to her Earrings and Angel Whispers to the flowers on her dress.  I Hand Stamped the Sentiment which is from Stampingallday.  My Base/Frame Layer is a Bazill Basics Green Shade and the Papers are from the LOTV Butterfly Kisses Paper Pad.  I used several Tattered Lace Elegant Flourish Die Cuts in White and added Paper Flowers and Green Pearl Gems to these.  I also decorated this card using Green Marabou Feathers.  I always think Feathers are classy and this Image is nothing but Classy!  I added a Green Ribbon and Hand Tied the Bow and to finish I used a string of Dangling Pearls and a couple more Green Pearl Gems to the top right corner of the Image.

I had so much fun making this card.  Thank you for visiting my blog.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  I do love reading them!  Hope to see you again soon.

Annabelle's Green Christmas

Hi There!

I would like to share this card I have made using a free stamp that was in a Quick Cards Magazine several Months ago.  It's from Wild Rose Studio and is of their "Annabelle" Character, unfortunately I am unable to find a name for this stamp.  I stamped the Image using a Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad and coloured it using ProMarkers and Graph'It Markers.  I used Diamond Sparkles, Sweet Apple Glitter to the fur on her coat, hat etc and Diamond Sparkles Angel Whispers Glitter to the Snow.  My Base/Frame Layer is a Forest Green Card and the Patterned Papers are from the LOTV Classic Christmas Paper Pack.  I used my X-Cut Punch to round the corners, added a Christmas Ribbon, Hand Tied the Bow and finished with Green Pearl Gems.

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

Tilda's Tiger

Hi Everyone

I am a bit excited today!!!  As some of you may know I have been trying for a really long to time to create one of those "Busy" Cards that other crafters, especially Magnolia Fans do all the time and I have always failed terribly!  This time I was going to succeed even if it meant spending days on it and it wasn't going to end up in the bin!!!  I am pleased to say I think I have done it this time!  You tell me lol!!!  The Image is called Tilda with Daisy-Mae the Tiger and I coloured it using ProMarkers.  The card shape was cut using a Go Kreate Frill Frame Die and the Patterened Paper is from LOTV Butterfly Kisses Paper Pad.  I have used several dies which include Cheery Lynn Cape Cod Doily, Spellbinders Scalloped Hearts and Tattered Lace Elegant Flourish.  There are also other die cuts on this creation but these were purchased already cut from various places and I do not know the names of them!  It is safe to say I have never used so many different Dies/Cuts on one card!  I have added Paper Flowers and Pearl Gems and Finished with a Pink Lace Bow.

I would like to enter this into the following Challenges

It has taken me so long to achieve this level of "busyness" but I feel it's Mission Accomplished!!  Thank you for visiting my blog and sharing this with me.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  I hope you can stop by again soon.

Pink Ballerina!

Hello Everybody!

I knew it wouldn't be long before I coloured up this Gorgeous Image again.  I am planning on doing it again soon but in blue!  The Image is by Hannah Lynn and is called Ballet Girl.  I coloured her using Promarkers but this time I went for the more traditional Pink Colour.  I added Diamond Sparkles Candy Floss Glitter to her Skirt and Bows.  The Card Blank is a 6" Scalloped Square and my Base/Frame Layer is a Bazill Basics Pink Shade.  The Patterned Paper is from LOTV's On a High Note Paper Pad.  I have layered her onto a Pink Doily and added Paper Flowers and a Pink Satin Bow to surround her.  A Pink Crochet Trim and Dangling Pearl Gems are across the top and I finished with Pink Pearl Gems.

I hope to be able to share more of my creations using Hannah Lynn Images with you.  Thank you for visiting my Blog, please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  I look forward to seeing you again soon.
