It is my day to post over at the Digi Doodles Inspirational Blog 

For my card this week I have made an 18th Birthday card for a friends Daughter who loves horses.  This sweet image is called Jewel and Ember and I have coloured this with Copics.

This card is very CAS as I wanted the Image and the sentiment to be the focus.  I typed the sentiment before I printed the image.  I went for a kind of Ladies Day outfit rather than a riding one lol!

Vampira for New Year!

It's Tuesday so my day to post over at the Digi Doodle Studios Inspirational Blog

For my post this week I have used a Halloween Image to make a Happy New Year Card.  A bit different but sometimes these ideas come to me lol

I have used this image called Vampira and I have coloured her with Copics

The Card size is approx 7" and I cut the shape using a Go Kreate Frilly Frame Die.  The image I cut out using a Spellbinders Decorative Oval Die.  I popped on a Lace Border and spider and bat die cuts.  The Sentiment I typed on the laptop before printing the image.  To finish I added a pink satin bow and pink pearl Gems.

New Release Penguin

Hi Everyone

Here is a second card from me for my GD post at Conie Fong Facebook Group 

The GD's get to work with the new release images and I chose to work with this one called Penguin Heart Strings

The Card is a 6" Square and I used an embossing folder which came free on the front of a craft magazine this month.  I don't do alot of embossing but I really liked how you can make the top different from the bottom.  The word stamp and hearts came with the magazine too and several others!

I coloured the image using Copics and then added some punched black hearts to finish

GD Spot at C.R.A.F.T. Challenge

Hi Everyone

I was so thrilled to be placed in the Top 3 recently at C.R.A.F.T. Challenge  When you are the 1st Top 3 spot you are invited to be a Guest Designer for a future challenge so here I am!

The theme for this week is Love/Valentines and they are being sponsored by Crafty Sentiments Designs  The prize for the winner is 3 Digi Images.  I hope you can come and play along this week!

For my GD Card I used an Image called First Kiss from Conie Fong Art and I have coloured this using ProMarkers.

The Card Blank is a 7" Square and I fussy cut the image and then used a Sizzix Scalloped Heart Die to layer under it.  The Patterned Paper was a gift from a friend!  The sentiment I typed on the laptop before printing the image.  To finish I popped on a Pink Satin Bow and Red Heart Gems.

Autumn Ella & ChiChi

Hi Everyone

Its is Tuesday which means it is my day of the week to share an inspirational project with you for Digi Doodle Studios inspirational blog

This week I am using Ella & ChiChi and I have coloured her up in Autumnal Colours.  I do love Orange but don't use it very often.  I have coloured her using Copics

  

The Card Blank is a 6" Square and the patterned papers are from LOTV.  I layered this onto Orange and Black Bazzill.  I cut the image using a Wild Rose Studio Decorative Oval Die. I added an Orange Satin Ribbon and Hand Tied the Bow, popped on some Paper Flowers and Pearl Gems to finish

Conie Fong GD Spot!

Hi Everyone

I was so so thrilled to be invited to be a Guest Designer over at the Conie Fong Facebook Group.  I entered the December challenge and this was the prize!!!

Here is my first project using this adorable image called Tori The Dragon Raining Hearts.  This is just so so cute and I couldn't resist making something up with it.

I made a Valentine Card and coloured the image using my Copics

The Card is a 6" Square and the patterned paper is from LOTV.  I added a Grosgrain Ribbon and some Red Clear Heart Gems.  The sentiments I typed out before I printed the image.

Anniversary Love Swing

A Friend asked me to make an Anniversary Card for her to give to her Mum and Dad and this image was just perfect.

My Card Blank is a 7" Scalloped Square and I created a frame style card using Go Kreate Circle Dies.  The words are all cut using Robert Addams Dies.  I finished by adding Red Pearl Gems.

Purple Unicorn

Hi Everyone

Today is the first challenge of the year over at A Gem of A Challenge

The theme for this fortnight is Happy Anything  (I chose Birthday) and it is my turn to pick the Top 3!  I hope you can come and play along with us.

I have this cute picture in a frame to share with you today.  I have made this for my crafty friends birthday.  Initially she wanted me to make something that she could frame so I thought I would save her the trouble and frame it and decorate it for her!

The image is called Unicorn and I have coloured this using Copics and a Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen.  I used a Hunkydory stamp with a Silver Versamark ink pad to add the stars around him.

The photo isn't the best as you can see reflections in it! lol

The frame is from Asda and I decorated it with Paper Flowers and Pearl Gems

Dancing Princess for Chloe

Today I am sharing some inspiration over at the Moonflower Digi Stamps Inspiration Blog 

For my post this time I have used the fabulous Lilly the Dancing Princess and I have coloured her using Copics and a White Sakura Gelly Roll Pen.

I made her into a card for my two sons to give to their sister Chloe for her Birthday.  She loves all things Princessy (Is that a word lol) 

I typed the sentiments on the laptop and layered her onto Red Bazzill and  Gold Glitter card.  I kept it simple so as to show off this wonderful image and just added Red Pearl Gems to finish.

It is the start of a new challenge over at CCC Digi Creations today.  We have changed from a fortnightly to a Monthly blog.

For my DT card I am getting way ahead this year and I made a card for one of my Childrens' Teachers ready for when they move up a year in July.  Never too early right????  With the three of them having a teacher and a teaching assistant each that means six cards to make so I have made a start lol.

Candy Cane fairy in January!

Today is the first challenge of the year over at Unicorn Challenge

The theme for January is Anything Goes.  I hope you can come and play along with us. 

For my DT Card I am still in Christmas Mode.  I make Christmas Cards all year round though so doesn't matter lol.

I made a card for a Godmother using this image called Candy Cane Elf Fairy from Faery Ink and I have coloured her using Copics.

The card blank is a 7" Scalloped Square and the patterned papers are from LOTV.  I typed the sentiment on the laptop and printed it out.  I cut the image using Spellbinders Oval Dies.  I added a Satin Snowflake ribbon and hand tied the Bow.  I used snow paste to make the flowers look Christmassy and to finish added red pearl gems.

January Blues Anna

Happy New Year!

It is finally here!  The New Challenge Blog has launched for Digi Doodle Studios and you can fine it HERE Its such exciting news!

The theme for this month is January Blues so we would like to see Blue colour on your creations please. I hope you can come along and play with us this month.  You can use any image but there is an extra incentive if you use a DDS Image and also you will be able to enter it into our Anything Goes Challenge over in the Facebook Group.  So as you can see you can have extra chances of winning some fabulous Digi's 

For my DT card I have used Anna Lee and I have coloured her with Copics.

The Card is a 6" Scalloped Square and the gingham card is from my Stash.  I cut the heart die and the little blue hearts from an unamed die and added some Paper Flowers.  To finish I added Blue Pearl Gems.
