Pregnancy Good Luck Wishes

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of this months challenge over at Unicorn Challenge

The theme for this month is Special Occasions.  So please come on over and share your projects with us!

For my DT card I have made a Good Luck card for my Son's teacher who is leaving to have a baby soon.

I used this image from Pink Gem Designs called Yummy Mummy Emma and I coloured her using Copics.

The Card blank is a 7" square and the patterned papers are from a Back to Basics Paper Pack and Scrap and Craft.  I have cut a Banner die using a Joy die and added Peel Off letters ad punched hearts to decorate it.  The flowers I have cut using a Marianne Craftables Die and a leaf die.  I added a Lilac Grosgrain ribbon and Hand Tied the Bow.  To finish I added Pearl Gems.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and share this card with me.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.

Monochrome Mouse

Hi Everyone

It is the first day of the month so that means a new challenge starts over at Fabrika Fantasy.

The theme for this month is Monochrome.  My Favourite theme ever!  Please come on over and join in with us.

For my DT card I chose to work with Happy Mouse and I coloured him using Copics and cut him out using a WRS Die.

The Patterned Paper is from my stash and I hand stamped the sentiment which is from Stampingallday.  I added a Black Satin Ribbon and Bow, Black Paper Roses and finished with White Pearl Gems.

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

Tears of a Clown

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of a new challenge over at CCC Digi Creations

The theme for the next fortnight is Use Pearls.  We all love these so come on over and join in with us for this challenge.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Rick St Dennis

The DT were kindly given a choice of image to work with.  I chose Pierrot - To Kiss a Rose which I coloured using ProMarkers.  This image reminded me of my childhood (So long ago now lol!)  I used to collect China Clowns and the Pierrot's were my favourite.

I find with all Rick's Images that I like to keep the card CAS style as the Image always needs to be the focal point.  I decided to add a few border layers to help it stand out and then added the Black Pearl Flower Gems to finish

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

Debut Post with Santa!

Hi Everyone

Here I am taking part in my first challenge as DT member with A Gem of a Challenge

I am so so pleased to be on this lovely team.

The challenge is fortnightly and the theme for the next two weeks is Embossing (Wet or Dry)

Now as my regulars will know Embossing is not my strong point but I give it a go every now and then lol!

I decided to make a Santa's Key Tag.  The image is called Santa and I have coloured him using ProMarkers and Diamond Sparkles Glitter.  I cut the tag shapes using a Go Kreate Die.  The Santa's Magic Key words is a stamp from Stampingallday and I have heat embossed this using Red Embossing Powder from WOW!  I used a Cottage Cutz die to cut the holly.  I have attached the Key Charm using a Red Ribbon and tied it on with a bow.  I typed the poem on the laptop and printed out and then cut with the Go Kreate die.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and share this with me today.  Please come on over and join in with this challenge and see what the other ladies on the DT have made to inspire you.  Hope to see you again soon.

Nervous Yellows!

Hi Everyone

I had the urge to colour up something that needed  alot of concentration and wasn't too easy!  I get these urges all of a sudden as if my brain needs a workout so I always go for an Aurora Wings Image to sort this out.  I actually printed off two different ones but my Daughter decided she needed me to colour this one first.  I thought I would ask her what colour I should do it in thinking she would go with her usual Pink or Purples but no, she said YELLOW!  Aaaahhhh OMG I am so not good with yellow in large amounts but hey I asked for a challenge lol!  So here it is.

The image is called Flower Ballerina and I have coloured her with Copics.  I have to admit I struggled with the hair as there are no defined lines for it and I had to guess where it was and how to colour it.

I mounted this onto a 8" Card with Bazzill Layers in Yellow and Brown.  The Image is definitely the focal point of this card.

I would like to enter this Card into the following Challenges

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and share this card with me today.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.

Fairy Door

Hi Everyone

It is my second challenge as Guest Designer at The Crazy Challenge

The theme for this challenge is Leafy Green.  You must use Green Leaves in your project.

For my GD project I made a Fairy Door for my Daughter.  I used an image from Pink Gem Designs called Fairy Chloe which I coloured using Copics and then fussy cut.  The Fairy Door, toadstool and sign are also coloured using Copics and a Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.. I cut some Green Leaves using a leaf die.

I had great fun making this door and my Daughter thinks its great.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and share this projects with me.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.
