Addams Family Portrait

Hi Everyone 

I was lucky enough recently to win a digi over in the Crafty Catz Challenge Blog 

The Sponsor of this challenge was Doctor Digi's House of Stamps and I knew as soon as I visited the store that I needed this digi called The Addams Family 

It is my eldest Son's Birthday at the end of this month and this year we are going with a Movie theme for his cards so this image is just perfect and its also one of his favourite films so a double win for this image!

I coloured the image and created the background using Copics

I love creating these cracked wall backgrounds as you don't have to be too fussy about your shading as there are plenty of shadows in a spooky castle lol!

Night Rider Ewan and Soar

Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps
 
 
 
I am here with my challenge reminder for the Anything Goes/Halloween themed challenge that is on now in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group

I made this card for my Son's Birthday which is at the end of this month.  Am going with a movie theme this year and so this is based on Harry Potter (incase you couldn't guess)  This card is the one that his Brother and Sister will give to him

I used one of the newer digis in the store called Witchee: Night Rider Ewan and Soar

I also used the castle from the Scene Builder: Castle.  The moon is a Tim Holtz Layering Stencil and the whole scene is coloured using Copics and a White Gel Pen

Spooktcular Girl

Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT card for Amanda Jayne Designs 


For this card I have used the Girl image from the Spooktacular Digi Stamp Bundle 

As you can see these gorgeous images can be used to make fall theme cards as well as Halloween if Halloween is not your thing.  I posted a Halloween card using this bundle yesterday so if you would like to see what I made you can find my post HERE

Spooktacular Boy

 Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT card for Amanda Jayne Designs 


For this card I have used the boy image from the Spooktcular Digi Stamp Bundle 

I have also made a card using Spooktacular Girl which I am posting tomorrow.  Hope you can come back and check her out.  You will see that this bundle is not just for Halloween!

I used Copics to colour this whole scene. The background  was inspired by one of Amy Youngs cards. You can visit her blog to see her amazing work HERE

Trick or Treat or Not?

 Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps
 
 
 
It is the 1st of the month and that means a new challenge with a new optional theme has started in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group
This month we are Anything Goes/Halloween 

For my DT card I have used the Halloween is Back, Autumn Cottages and Hilde clear stamp sets.  These two are all dressed up for Trick or Treating but they are not quite sure whether to knock on this door or not.  It looks kind of spooky lol

The moon is a Tim Holtz Layering Stencil

I coloured this whole scene using Copics

Slimline Pumpkin Card

 Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps
 
 
 
This is my final challenge reminder card for the Anything Goes/Colours of Fall Challenge that is happening now in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group
There are only a couple of days left to enter this month but if you didn't find time to join in this month a new challenge and theme will start on 1st October

I went with a quick CAS slimline card for this final reminder and I used two of the cute mice, and one of the pumpkin corners from the Pick of the Patch Clear Stamp Set and coloured them using Copics

The sentiment is in another set and can be found HERE

A Latte Love at the Coffee Shop

 Hi Everyone


Here is my latest DT card for Amanda Jayne Designs and this is my second card for this weekend featuring the cute character/s from the A Latte Love Digi Stamp Bundle


For this card I have used just the girl on her own and created her a coffee shop background.  

This card was inspired by Amy Young and her videos at Adventures in Coloring with Amy  If you haven't visited her page and seen all her fabulous colouring videos which she loves you to colour along with then please go check them out.  Its an amazing place full of inspiration

I coloured this whole scene using Copics and a white gel pen

The Spill the Beans words (which I thought was a great name to call the Coffee Shop) and the little mugs are clear stamps from Sweet November Stamps

Coffee for Two

 Hi Everyone


Here is my latest DT card for Amanda Jayne Designs and this weekend the DT are promoting another of the fabulous bundles


For this card I have used both characters in the A Latte Love Digi Stamp Bundle and I went with a CAS design.  Tomorrow I will be back with a scene card using just the girl so I hope you can pop back tomorrow and take a look at this card too

Reading in the Moonlight

AJ's Spooky Bundles

 Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT card for Amanda Jayne Designs 


I just love this new Halloween Scene Builder Bundle and so I just had to make another card using it lol.  This time I swapped out the witch on the broom that comes with the bundle and used one of the witches from the Little Witch Bundle 
From the scene builder I used, Spooky Tree Silhouette, Scary Pumpkin, Moon and Spooky House

If you put these two bundles together you would end up with six witches (one of them precolored) and 18 scene builder elements.  My brain is doing somersaults just thinking of all the different scenes you could create with them!!

I coloured this whole scene using Copics.  The senitment is a clear stamp from Sweet November Stamps

CAS Witch

 Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT project for Conie Fong Art
 

 
I have a question for those of you that make Halloween Cards do you associate Halloween with Fall?  I never know whether to include them in my Fall/Autumn Category or whether they are thought of as a totally separate theme.  Would love to know what you think

On today's card I have used one of the Witch Images from the Wynona Witch, Candy Sally, Penelope Pumpkin Bundle which you can find in the store HERE

I kept this Halloween Card CAS as so far this year I think all my Halloween Cards have been full on scenes and I always usually throw a few CAS ones in the mix lol

Bunch of Hocus Pocus

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps
 
 
 
Here is my card for this weeks challenge reminder.  The challenge is running in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group and this months theme is Anything Goes/Colours of Fall

For this card I have used several of the Halloween Clear Stamp sets and stamped them onto this postage stamp arrangement which is a die from Waffle Flower

I used the potion bottles from the Lovin from the Covin Set, the books and the sentiment from Midnight's Halloween Adventures #3, the Witch and the Owl from the A Little Hello-ween Set and the bats from the You Look Familiar Set

I coloured these images/scenes using Copics and a white Gel Pen

Halloween New Release at Amanda's

 Hi Everyone


Here is my latest DT card for Amanda Jayne Designs 


We are doing something a bit different this weekend as there is a new Halloween themed Digi Bundle in the store.  It has a cute witch on a broom and fabulous background digis so that you can make up fabulous scenes and they will also coordinate perfectly with Amanda's other digis.  You can find the bundle in the store HERE. 

 Usually the new releases just appear in the store but this time we have decided that the DT will showcase these images this weekend.  Please head to the Facebook Group to see the fabulous projects

For this card I have used these images Witch on a Broom, Spooky Tree, Moon, Spooky Fence, Bats, Spooky Huse and the Spider Web

I had so much fun putting this scene together and then colouring it up with my Copics

Peekaboo Pumpkin ATC Set

It has been a while since I made a set of ATC's but as soon as I saw the Peekaboo Pumpkin Digi Stamp Bundle I knew I just had to colour them all and create a set of four ATC's

Autumn Coffee

 Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps
 
 
 
Its the start of a new month and that means a new challenge in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group

This month our optional theme is Colours of Fall so even if you don't like to make Autumn cards you can use those green, yellow, browns etc and make something else

For my inspiration card I have used Autumn Digi Stamp  I know I only made a card a week or so ago using her but she is one of my favourites and I could colour her up all day lol

This time I enlarged and cropped her so that she really is at the forefront of the card

I coloured this whole scene using Copics and added a nice large sentiment which you can find in the store HERE
