Reindeer Coming in to Land!!

Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT project for Last Minute Manda
 
 
Here is a slimline Christmas Card using one of the Cute Reindeer from the Reindeer Flight School Digi Set
 
I have coloured the image using Copics and the cloud background is created with distress inks and cloud die.  I used a White Gel Pen to add some snow and the verse is a clear stamp from Circa Design

Tide Pool ATC

If you are not signed up to the Sweet November Newsletter you will kick yourself.  This months freebie was just soooo cute.  I had to colour her up and pop her on an ATC
 
She is called Tidepool Treasure and I have coloured her using Copics

Coffee Gnome Girl

Hi Everyone

Here I am sharing another inspiration for the Pink Gem Etsy Shop 

There has been a bit of a coffee theme going on the last couple of new releases.  I am not normally drawn to coffee or tea images but this was just too cute and I couldn't resist colouring her up 
 
She is called Coffee Gnome Girl and I coloured her using Copics.  There were also some fabulous Coffee Sentiments released to go with the new images so I used one of these too

Thoughtful Mermaid

Hi Everyone

 For those of you that don't know I recently started a Facebook Sharing Group called Paper Crafting For Everyone 
 
I am running  my first Artist/Store Owner Feature and it runs until Friday 29th and I would really love it if you would come and play along.
 
The store is Pink Gem Designs and they have kindly offered two lucky winners a £5 voucher each to the store.
 
The rules are simple.  You need to be a member of the group Paper Crafting For Everyone In there you will find a post asking you to answer a question in the comments.  In order to be able to claim the prize you must join/be a member of the Friends of Pink Gem Facebook Group and also if you are on Instagram please follow them there too HERE  (I realise not everyone is on Instagram I haven't been on it long myself!)

Here is another one of my favourite images from the store.  She is called Thoughtful Mermaid
I have set her scene by using elements of the Mermaid Build a Scene digi set 

I have coloured her using Copics and added some sparkle using a Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen

Cutsey Snowman

Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT project for Last Minute Manda
 
 
 
For this card I have used one of the characters from the You Melt My Heart digi set  I just thought they have the cutest faces
 
I have coloured the character using Copics and added the little heart doodle which is a clear stamp from Fadoodles (which you can get from Dies to Die for in the UK or Whimsy Stamps)
 
The Merry Christmas is a clear stamp from Stampingallday

The Stuffies

I normally post on a Monday but there is a new release today and also some cute stuffed animals are sneaking into the store.  Well we couldn't let them go in without a shout out so here is my DT card a couple of days early using some of the new stuffed animals.

Paper Crafting For Everyone

 Hi Everyone
 
A bit of a longer post from me today lol!  Usually my posts are short and to the point!
 
I recently started a Facebook Sharing Group called Paper Crafting For Everyone 
 
I had posts removed from several groups on Facebook for adding my blog link which I think is absurd.  Apparently its "Self Promotion" but to be honest maybe it is but in my opinion we should be helping bloggers to get more followers and people that use instagram to get more followers and artists and store owners to get more sales by adding links. 
 
 Anyway I was so annoyed that I started my own where people can share their projects and links to the products/images they have used.  They can add blog links, instagram links and image links too lol!
 
Today is the start of my first Artist/Store Owner Feature and it runs from Today until Friday 29th.

Winter Emma

Hi Everyone

Here I am sharing another inspiration for the Pink Gem Etsy Shop 

We are still celebrating Christmas in July in the Friends of Pink Gem Designs Facebook Group  We are allowing both new and old Christmas projects that feature a Pink Gem Image.  So if you have any older ones in your files please dig them out and come and upload them into the album.  You could win a voucher to the store.  Or if you feel like making a new one we would love to see those too.

Tropical Flutterbees ATC Set

Hi Everyone


Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps
 
 
For my DT project this time I made a set of ATC's featuring the new Tropical Flutterbees that were released a couple of weeks ago.  I just love them all so it was only fair I make a set using all of them
 
They are called Anani, Kiely, Ele, Ulani &Kanoa and you can find them in the store HERE 
 
 
I have coloured them using Copics and a white gel pen
 
If you have never tried working on something as small as this I would recommend it.  I love making these!

Oops!

Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps
 
 

Today is new release digi day!  I have made this card to showcase two of the new digis.  Penny and Mason Jar.  
 
She looks like she has got herself in a bit of a pickle and is trapped in the jar.  Thankfully her Butterfly Friends have come to the rescue.  The background is also made up of digis from the store.  I have used So Enchanting: Rainbow Background Builder  and Little Princesses: Meadow Pathway
 
I have coloured this scene using Copics and added Wink of Stella to her wings

Yule Log Chloe

Hi Everyone

Here I am sharing another inspiration for the Pink Gem Etsy Shop 

We are not having a colouring challenge this month but we are celebrating Christmas in July over in the Friends of Pink Gem Facebook Group.

To be in with a chance of winning a voucher to the store all you need to do is upload a Christmas Project using any PG Christmas Image/Card Kit.  Your project can be new or even an older one.  We don't mind we just hope you can come on over and play along with us

I have uploaded several old projects but I have also created this new one.

The image is called Yule Log Chloe and I have coloured her and her snowy scene using Copics.  I created the clouds using a Cloud Die and Memento Dew Drop Inks. The sentiment is a digi stamp from Conie Fong Art.  I added a touch of Diamond Sparkles Glitter to the snowflakes but not sure you can see it in the photos.

I created this tag using a Crealies Tag Die and then added some ribbon and twine.

Fairy Tot July

Here is this months Fairy Tot. Fairy Tot - July is enjoying the summer sunshine in this card

I used an MFT sun ray stencil and distress inks and the rest is coloured with Copics.  I added Wink of Stella to her wings
 
The sentiment is a clear stamp from Hunkydory

Carol Singing Tag

 Hi Everyone

Here is my DT project this week for Last Minute Manda 
 

I have used the Christmas Carols Set and coloured this scene using Copics and a White Gel Pen  The sentiment is a digi stamp from Conie Fong

I used my new Layered Tag die that I bought this week its from a Company called Crealies.  They do some really fabulous dies
 
I saw on a friends blog that she had made a tag and did a bit of an unusual ribbon arrangement so I asked her if I could borrow it and recreate it. I am not usually very adventurous with the ribbon I just use one piece but I like this so might do a few like this!  Thank you Pam Shumacher for the inspiration
