Cupcake Gnome

 Hi Everyone

Here I am sharing another inspiration for the Pink Gem Etsy Shop 

I Love to Make ATC's for Valentines as I slip them into my kids lunchboxes as a little surprise.  I try and make one each for them every year.  

This is the first one this year and I have used the recently released Cupcake Gnome 

I wanted to do this first one Pink but as he is perfect not only for valentines but for Birthdays too I would like to get around to colouring him up in different colours.  Just need to find the time now lol

I coloured him using Copics and added some distress ink around the edges.  I added a touch of sparkle to the frosting with a Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen

We are on the 4th and final week of our Winter Blues Coloring Challenge which has been taking place this month in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group

The scene criteria this week is to include a Critter in the winter scene

I had a bit of a task as I planned to do an outdoor scene but was given the exclusive digi of this wonderful Lounge room which is the prize that every one who enters will get sent to them.  So I am previewing it and so my winter scene with the critter moved indoors with winter outside the sliding doors

The image is called Cats Rule: Bailey and Gizmo and I have coloured this whole scene using Copics

Dancing on Ice (Halloween Style)

We are on Week 3 of our Winter Blues Coloring Challenge that is taking place in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group

The scene theme for Week 3 is to feature warmth so here is this Wee Witch and her Friends from the A Wee Bit Wicked Clear Stamp Set dancing to keep warm.  Gives a whole new meaning to Dancing on Ice!

I have coloured this scene using Copics.  The background is also a clear stamp and you can find it in the store here HERE

This month's Challenge theme for the Monthly Challenge in the  Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group is Anything Goes/Blue.  I have gone more with the Anything Goes option for this card although with the snow there is still a fair amount of Blue Tones on my card

I have used Gnome for the Holidays: Gnewton Digital Stamp.  The trees are clear stamps from the Horizon Lines: Birch Trees and I have coloured this whole scene using Copics

Let's Play Snowballs

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps

 

 

 

As you may know we run a monthly challenge in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group  This month however we are running an extra one alongside it.  Its a weekly scene colouring and we are on week 2 which is the theme of your favourite winter outdoor activity

Well if you know me you will know that I hate being out in the cold lol.  So this was a hard one for me.  Living in the South of the UK we rarely see any snow but on the rare occasions we have had more than a tiny flurry the first thing we do is get the kids dressed up and go and throw the cold wet stuff at each other lol.  I will never understand why we do this as its freezing but its a bit of fun lol

So I chose a this cute snowball throwing image called Winter Kids Max and coloured him and the whole scene using Copics.

The snowy trees are from the Horizon Lines: Winter Wonderland Clear Stamp Set and I used a cloud die and distress inks to create the sky

Santa with Gift Sack

Here is my latest DT project for Conie Fong Art

 

 

On today's card I have used the newest image in the Etsy Store which is called Santa with Gift Sack and coloured him up using Copics

 The sentiment I used for this card is from Inkylicious and I stamped it using a Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad

For this card I have gone with the optional blue theme and I have used one of the characters from the Baby Bominable Clear Stamp Set  As his eyes are looking upwards I added some snowflakes with a Taylored Expressions snowflake stencil and Distress Ink

Winter Through The Window

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps

 

 

 

To help get everyone's mojo back (including mine) there is a colouring challenge happening in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group  This is in addition to the monthly challenge so if you join in with this one you could then add your project to the monthly challenge album and increase your chances of winning!

 

It's week one and I have completed this card using the scene requirement (below)  Don't worry if you haven't started yet, as long as all four scenes are in the album by the 29th January you can do them at your own pace

 For my card I have used the Window from the Christmas is Back Background Builder Set and then to create the outdoor scene I have used the Gnome Home Holiday Scene Builder Set and Flutterbee Wynter

Valentine Gnome

 Hi Everyone

Here I am sharing another inspiration for the Pink Gem Etsy Shop 

 

Does anyone else lose their mojo completely in December?  I do every year but this year it was extreme, it was like it was on the opposite side of the world lol. I am pleased to say that now the stress of Christmas is out of the way it is finding its way back to me and I feel happy to be colouring again!

 

Valentine's Day is the next event and its just around the corner.  Whilst I do not do all the mushy stuff my kids do lol.  This card is for my Son to give to his Girlfriend.

SNS January Blues

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps

 

 

 

Its the start of this months challenge in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group and we are kicking off 2024 with the theme of Anything Goes with the twist of Blue.  If you use the Twist and your project contains more Blue than any other colour then you get an extra entry into the prize draw.

For my card I have used the recently released Cozy Critters Percy Penguin and I paired him up with the ice mountains in the North Pole Friends Background Builder Set  

I made a winter Birthday card for my Daughter
