New Venture for Conie Fong Art

 Hi Everyone

I have some exciting news to share with you today.

Conie Fong is branching out and has a YouTube Channel where she is teaching drawing.  There are several videos already uploaded and you can follow along and learn how to draw some simple images the Conie Fong Way

One of the videos features a really cute puppy and she turned this one into a digi image for the DT to use.

Here is the card I made using the cute dog.  I coloured him using Copics and added a stencil background.  The candy cane stencil is from Glitzcraft and I used Distress Inks.  The sentiment is a clear stamp from Sweet November Stamps

Merry Grinch-mas

Hi Everyone

Both my boys love The Grinch and so here is the card I have made for my Youngest Son.  I know that this will be very well received when I give it to him!

The stamp is a clear stamp from C. C. Designs and I have coloured it up using Copics and added some Diamond Sparkle Glitter

Griswold's Grotto

Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps
 
 
 
Today is the last digi release of this year and its a gorgeous one!  We have gone all Festive Sea Creatures/Mermaids.  You can see lots of inspiration using these new release images by the DT in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group
 
I used Griswold and some of the new scene builder digis and paired them up with the older Sandcastle Background Builder
 
I have coloured this whole scene using Copics and added some Diamond Sparkles Glitter and some additional sparkle using a clear star gelly roll pen.  I added some details using a white gel pen too

Post Box Mice Shaker

Hi Everyone

Here I am sharing another inspiration for the Pink Gem Etsy Shop 


For this card I have used the Post Box Mice digi image and made a Flat Shaker card

I created the background using Distress inks and a snowflake stencil and added a couple of snow mounds to the front to stand the Postbox on

I coloured the image using Copics
 
The shaky bits are from Sweet November Stamps

Winter Snowman

Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps
 
 
 
Today is the start of this months Challenge in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group and for this month our theme is Anything Goes/Winter

For my card I have used one of the cute snowmen from the Cold Hands, Warm Heart Clear Stamp Set
 
I coloured the image using Copics and created the background using Distress Ink.
 
The background was inspired by a card I saw on Instagram made by Mimi A La Carte 1. She does some wonderful cards using Distress Inks and has a You Tube Channel too

Polo Shaker Tag

Hi Everyone

Here I am sharing another inspiration for the Pink Gem Etsy Shop 


I made a shaker tag and I have used Polo with Gift which I have coloured using Copics

The tag shape is a Heffy Doodle Die and the shaky bits are from Sweet November Stamps
 
I stood him on a snowmound and decorated with more of the sequins

Cup of Cheer Elves

Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps
 
 
 
This is my challenge reminder for this week for the Anything Goes/Christmas challenge that is happening now in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group
 
I used the two cute elves from the new Cup of Cheer Clear Stamp Set and popped them on some shaker tags.  I coloured the elves using Copics
 
I used a Heffy Doodle die to cut the tags and the shaky bits you can find in the Sweet November Store HERE
 
I added Silver Lurex Ribbon and a Bow to each one and popped on some sequins to decorate

Skating By for Christmas

Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps
 
 
 
We are still playing with the new clear stamps at Sweet November (think will be playing with them for a long time to be honest as they are so fab lol!  You will find lots of inspiration in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group using these new stamps and of course all the other stamps and digis that are available

I have used Skating By and Horizon Lines: Winterscapes to create this card and I coloured it using Copics.  The sky I used Distress Ink and a Cloud Die

Cosy Reindeer Girl

Hi Everyone

Here I am sharing another inspiration for the Pink Gem Etsy Shop 


For this card I have used the recently released Cosy Reindeer Digital Stamp Set and coloured this up using Copics and a white gel pen.

You get two Reindeer (a boy and a girl) and a Tree and a Present in this set together with two Sentiments
 
I created the sky using Distress Ink and a Cloud Die. I also added some clear glaze over the lights on the tree but you cannot really see that in the photo!

Nutcracker Ensemble

Hi Everyone
 
Here is my latest DT project for  Conie Fong Art
 

 
I am in Nutcracker Heaven this week.  Nutcrackers are a BIG favourite of mine at Christmas.  I love the little ornaments and the films so much.  These Nutcrackers are just so cute.  Alot of people think that Nutcrackers are scary or ugly but these are particularly cute!

I went for the non traditional Pink colours as I just adore the Pink Ornaments lol!

Clara and the Nutcracker


Hi Everyone

Here is my latest DT creation for Sweet November Stamps
 
 
 
It's here.  It's NEW CLEAR RELEASE Day and I am so excited to share this card with you.  Anyone who knows me knows that the Polar Express and The Nutcracker films are my absolute favourites.  Its only November and I have already watched the Nutcracker and the Four Realms twice lol!  Earlier in the year at SN we were asked what we might like to see as a clear stamp and of course I had to have a Clara lol!  The DT, the Crafty Purple Frog girls and some Guest Designers will be sharing some of their fabulous cards this weekend in the Friends of Sweet November Facebook Group and also over on the Sweet November Stamps Instagram we are having our usual Release Hop.  Please come and hop along with us!
 
I used the Corner Room Digi Stamp together with this The Nutcracker stamp and coloured the whole scene using Copics
