Hi Everyone
In answer to my above title question, I had never heard of one before. I had to google what they were and where they originated from.
"Selkie" means Seal Folk
The ones that came up on google were really quite ugly and a bit scary whereas this one from Sweet November Stamps is just a cutie. This Image is called The Selkie and she was a freebie in this months newsletter. I have coloured her and created a background using Copics and techniques from Adventures in Colouring with Amy
For a first attempt at a sky like this and waves using a different technique than I have previously learnt I am quite pleased with how it turned out.
