Pil Seung Ma'am

Hi  Everyone

Here is my last post for this month with some inspiration for you from Digi Doodle Studios but dont worry I have lots more ready for next month lol!

For today my post is using Joanie Martial Arts Girl which I have coloured using Copics

I made this card for my children's Martial Arts Instructor who turned 21 on 11th August.  She is a Black Belt 2nd Dan I think it's called. She is only one of 6 Ladies to achieve this level in this Martial art in the World so I am told.  She is very lovely and my kids love her!

I coloured Joanie to look like the instructor.

The Card is a 6" Square and the Stripey Paper is a digi paper from the Honey Bee Paper Pack from Colorive Studio
I cut the decorative squares using a nesting frame die, popped on a black satin bow and finished by adding the swirly gems.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and share this card with me.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon

Blizzy by the Lamp Post

Hi Everyone

It's my turn to share some inspiration with you for Digi Doodle Studios

I fell in love with this cute snowman and just had to colour and make him up!

He is called Blizzy Snowman and I have coloured him up with Copics and Diamond Sparkles Glitter.  I then fussy cut him.

The Card is a 7" x 5" and I used a black encapsulated glitter card as my base layer as it looks like sparkly bits of snow falling in the background.  I used a Wavy Stitched border die to create the snow mounds  The lamp post I cut using a Festive Street Light die by Signature Dies.  The words are all Robert Addams dies.

I just had to make this up for my Son as he adores Snowmen at Christmas Time

Colour Challenge Starling Moonglow

Hi Everyone

Over in the Digi Ddoodle Studios Facebook Group we are trying to get more interaction with our members.  It has over 1500 members but we only ever see a handful of them post anything.

Every month we have an Anything Goes using a DDS Image which starts on 1st of the month and ends on the last day of the month.  A winner is picked and wins a prize.  This month we are going to be doing a couple of extra challenges alongside the Anything Goes one so you have more chances to win digis from the STORE and this is the first one.

It's a Colour Splash challenge

You need to use at least three of these colours on your project.  You can use others too but we have to see three of these.  Once you have created your project simply upload it into the Colour Challenge Album in the Facebook Group

I created a card and as you can see I used the first three colours but added some extra ones too.

The sweet image is called Starling Moonglow and I have coloured her using Copics and Diamond Sparkles Glitter .  The pink heart/snowflake paper is also from Digi Doodle Studios and is from the Twinkle Berry Winter Digi Paper Pack

The card is a 7" Scalloped Square and the Baubles are Memory Box Dies.  I added some pink ribbon for them to look like they are hanging on and popped on some pink satin bows.  The Happy Christmas word is a Robert Addams die.  The Daughter is a Gemini Die.  I finished by dotting around some clear pink gems.

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

Hi Everyone

The theme for this month is Christmas and we are being sponsored by the fabulous Paper Shelter for this challenge

The DT were kindly given a choice of image to work with and I chose to use this pre-coloured digi called Christmas Owl and I made my first ever Teepee card.  This was so much easier than I ever imagined but now I have made a couple of them I realise that actually they cannot be packaged to give away lol.  So i now have a couple of new decorations in my craft room.

I cut the image using a X-Cut Circle and then mounted this onto a decorative circle which I cut using a Spellbinders die.  The Merry Christmas Paper is from a LOTV Paper Pad.  I used a Cottage Cutz die to cut the holly berries and leaves and then popped on a red and gold satin bow.

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges
