Witches Boot

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of this months challenge over at The Fairy and The Unicorn Challenge 

 
The theme is Anything Goes as long as its Fantasy themed.

The DT have been in discussions since the start of the last challenge as to what was fantasy (in our eyes) and what wasn't and so we came up with a list and you can find that on the side bar on the challenge blog.  It just gives clearer guidelines and some ideas in case you are unsure! 

We agreed that we would allow fantasy themed accessories such as Wizards Hats, Potion Bottles, Witches Shoes etc so as not to limit entries

I made my DT card using this image from Bugaboo Digi Stamps
called Heels Witches Shoe and I have coloured it using Copics.  I used a stitched star die to create the layered stars and the sentiment is a clear stamp from Stampingallday.

Dutch Bunny

Hi Everyone

It is the start of the new challenge over at Digi Doodle Studios Challenge Blog 



The theme for this month is Flower Power.  I hope you can come on over and play along with us.

If you are stuck for an image then visit the Digi Doodle Studios STORE there is no shortage of images covering this theme and they are all so cute! 

For my DT card I made a Dutch Fold card using the Hippity Hoppity Bunnies Pairables Set

The light blue patterned paper is also from Digi Doodle Studios and you can find it in the Honey Bee Sweet Dots & Diamonds Paper Pack 

I used a fussy cut the bunny and used a Spellbinders small decorative circle to mount her on.  I used a Marianne Craftables Die to create the flowers and added pearl gems to the centres.  I also popped on three extra pearl gems at the centre base of the card

Waving Hello to Winter

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of May's Challenge over at Pearly Sparkles Challenge Blog 

 
The theme for this month is Add a Ribbon and/or Bow.  I hope that you can come on over and play along with us.

For my DT card I have used this gorgeous penguin from the Wintertime Penguins Pairables Set and I have coloured him up using Copis and Diamond Sparkles Glitter.  I then fussy cut him.   I used the sentiment which is also included in the set.  I used Red as my base and an embossed dots white card to create the layers.  The snow mound I cut using an MFT Scalloped Wavy Border Die.  I finished by adding red satin bows

Carol Singing Bear

Hi Everyone

The latest challenge has started over at Crafty Animals 


 The theme as always is Anything Goes as long as there is an animal on your project

 I hope that you can come on over and play along with us this month

For my DT card I made a Christmas Card using Carol Singing Bear
from LOTV Shop  I have coloured him using Copics and a white gel pen

I love the idea of different colour spotty backgrounds for Christmas cards so have gone with red this time!

I used a signature die to cut the lampost and a wavy border die for the snow mound

Beary Happy Wishes

Hi Everyone

Nearly the end of April. Hoping that we won't have to spend the whole of May in Lockdown but what will be will be!

I am here today to share a card with you that I have made using Beary Wishes Pairables Set  (and the bee is from Sweet Honey Bears Pairables Set) which you can find in the Digi Doodle Studios Store

I coloured the images using Copics

I used a cloud die and a Memento Dew Drop Ink Pad to create the sky background and a wavy border die to create the grassy hills.  The sentiment comes in the Digi Stamps Set

CAS Love You Panda

Hi Everyone

I am seriously in CAS mode at the moment and am struggling to create anything other than CAS cards.  Does anyone else get in a mode that they cannot get out of for a while? 

I hope that you are all safe and well and coping with the restrictions at this moment.

I recently joined the AAA Cards CAS Challenge Facebook Group and this weekend they have been running an event to make Tall and Skinny or Long and Skinny CAS Cards.  I just had to play along of course in my present state lol!

I used this gorgeous Panda Bear from the Panda Love Pairables Set  which you can find at Digi Doodle Studios Store  

This is a DL size card. Never made one this size before but it is really good for CAS and leaving alot of white space.  I coloured the image using Copics and punches the hearts.  The sentiment is also in the set with the image.

Merry Moonflower and a Challenge Reminder

Hi Everyone

It's time for a bit of inspiration from me from the Digi Doodle Store
along with a shout out about this months challenge over on the blog.


I have a card to share with you using the gorgeous Lailah Merry Moonflower Fairy digi stamp and I have coloured her using Copics

Our Challenge theme over on the Blog this month is Easter/Spring
 
You have until 28th April to enter this challenge which means there is only one week left!

You do not have to use a DDS Image to enter the challenge but the prize is greater if you do!

For my card I used Wild Rose Studios papers.  I due cut the trees using a Hunkydory Moonstone Die.  I used a white alphabet peel off and coloured it with Copics to add the word Spring.
