Party Accessories

 Hi Everyone

New releases are coming thick and fast  in the Conie Fong Etsy Store 

There are several new pig images/bundles and some of them come with little accessories.

I have used a couple of these accessories to create two CAS cards.  You an find these in the Lulu and Lonny Cupcake Bundle

I made one using the Cupcake and one using the Party Hat and you get both these images when you buy the  I coloured them with Copics and used a Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen to add some sparkle to the hat.

























I made these to suit the CAS "One Third" rule as this is one I really struggle with as usually the digis I use are more detailed and they need to be printed smaller to only use one third of the paper.  The rest of the page should be white.  These images are so fabulously simple that you can colour them with shading even in smaller sizes.

Rockin Adelina

Hi Everyone

It's time for a bit of inspiration from me from the Digi Doodle Store
along with a shout out about this months challenge over on the blog.

I have a card to share with you using the new fairy that was free as part of the Kit and Clowder Advent Calendar
 
She is called Adelina Fairy and I have coloured her using Copics and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter to the wings.
Our Challenge theme over on the Blog this month is Anything Goes.  A nice easy one to kick of 2021!
 
You have until 28th January to enter this challenge which means there is only one week left!

You do not have to use a DDS Image to enter the challenge but the prize is greater if you do!

I decided to make a start on next years Christmas Cards and created this rocker card for my Daughter
 
I used a glitter card for the base layers and then used a Digi Paper from the Gentle Winter Digi Paper Pack  I used a Robert Addams die and cut the Poinsettia's and then added the sentiments.

Chloe's Hedgie Party

Hi Everyone
 
I am here to share with you some inspiration for Digi Doodle Studios the card I made for my Daughter's 11th Birthday which was on 30th December 
 
 
I used this cute image called Hedgie Party and I have coloured this with Copics.  I added white peeloff numbers to create the "11" on the balloons.  The sentiment is a clear stamp from Stampingallday and I used a Memento Tuxedo Ink Pad to add this.

Twinkle Angel Sophie

 Hi Everyone

There has been a new release in the Conie Fong Etsy Shop
 
There are two new angels and they are both so cute but I fell in love with all the curls in Twinkle Angel Sophie's hair so wanted to work with that one
 

I coloured her with Copics and used a Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen to add some sparkle to the wings.
 
 I absolutely loved colouring up the hair on this image.  Think I will print a larger size one and have another play.

I wanted to add a poem to this card but instead I found this quote which seemed to fit her perfectly from Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Bundle of Gnomes for Christmas

Once again I have gone CAS style and I have used Holiday Gnomes Bundle  I have coloured these cuties using Copics and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter.  The sentiment I typed before printing out the image.

Santa Gnome Scene

 Hi Everyone

I am here today to share some inspiration with you for Digi Doodle Studios 



I have made a slimline card scene using Santa Gnome Digi Stamp, and a digi paper from the Winter Ombre Slimline Digi Paper Pack
 
The Tree is from the Winter Hedgies Pairables Set, the presents are from the Wintertime Penguins Pairables Set  and the sentiment is from the Christmas Elves Pairables Set
 
As you can see these sets are really good for mixing and matching!

Gnomies Showcase

 Hi Everyone

Here is my second card in the showcase this week for Digi Doodle Studios using the new Springing Up Gnomies Pairables Set
 
 

These gorgeous images and 4 fairies and a set of Hedgehogs will be available in the store on Friday 

Here is what you get in the Gnomies set


For this one I created a slimline card using a whimsy frame die.  I coloured the images using Copics and the butterfly background paper is from the Rainbows, Stars and Dots Digi Paper Pack which you can also find in the Digi Doodle Store

Dance on a Rainbow

 Hi Everyone

New Releases are arriving in the Digi Doodle Studios Store on Friday 15th.  There are two new pairables sets (Spring Gnomes and Hedgehogs) and 4 new Fairy Digis.  You do not want to miss these!


I am showing off the new Springing Up Gnomies Pairables Set 

This is what you get in the set and for this I have used the Rainbow, the Male Gnomie and one of the sentiments.


I wanted to make a card where the sentiment was large and then fit the image around it so I came up with this CAS creation
 
I coloured the images with Copics and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter
 
I will be back on 13th with another card showcasing these cute Gnomies

Candy Canes, Bows and Glitter

 Hi Everyone

Here is my first post for 2021 as DT for Conie Fong Art & Design Facebook Group
 
For my card this time I have used the Candy Cane Gnome and Candy Canes from the Holiday Gnomes Bundle and also a couple of the presents from the Christmas Accessories
 
I used this frame die from Whimsy Stamps and the background snowflake paper can be found in the Wonderful Winter Slimline Digi Paper Pack in the Digi Doodle Studios Store 
 
I coloured all the images using Copics and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter.  The sentiment I typed on the laptop at the time of printing the images.  The green glitzy bow is a Tattered Lace Die and I added a red gem to the centre
 
Candy Canes are one of my Favourite Christmas items along with postboxes and lanterns and I think I quite like gnomes too lol!

A Glass of Wine A Day

 Hi Everyone

Today is the start of this months challenge over at Creative Craft Cottage 
 

The theme for this month is Must Use a Digi Stamp and we are being sponsored by Bugaboo Digi Stamps
 

 
The DT were kindly given a choice of images to work with and I chose one that is definitely me!  Anything to do with Wine and I am there lol!
 
This image is called Glass of Wine a Day and I have coloured it using Copics and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter.  The sentiment comes with the image too.

Magical Birthday

 Hi Everyone

Today we are kicking off the first challenge of 2021 over at The Fairy and the Unicorn Challenge 


The theme as always is anything goes as long as its a Fantasy themed project

For my DT card I used the Harry Potter Collage from Bugaboo Digi Stamps and I coloured this with Copics
 
I gave this card to my friends son who turned 13.  He is a Harry Potter fan and this is a great idea for a teenager

Jungle all the way!

 Hi Everyone

Happy New Year

Today is the start of this months challenge over at Crafty Animals 
 

The theme as always is Anything Goes as long as you include an Animal somewhere on your project
 
For my DT project I made this tall card using this cute image called Jungle Bells Two  from Whimsy Stamps I coloured him using Copics and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter.
 
 The stripey paper is a digi paper from Digi Doodle Studios and you can find it in the Wonderful Winter Slimline Digi Paper Pack 
 
I love using different papers with snow to create weird and wonderful skies lol!
 
I created the snow hill using an MFT Scalloped Wavy Border Die and added the sentiment.  The snowflakes are punched and I added Liquid Pearls to the centres
