Fishies for Hubby

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of this months challenge over at Crafty Animals 

The theme as always is Anything Goes as long as you include an animal.  I love this challenge blog as it gets well over 100 entries each month and the projects are all amazing.  It is getting harder and harder to pick a winner and the Top spots.

30th June was my Wedding Anniversary (13 years) and since lockdown my husband has been playing a game on his phone (with our kids too) to do with fishing.  I find it totally boring but they seem to love it.  So I went with a fish themed card for his Anniversary card.

The fishy images are from the Seally For You Pairables Set from Digi Doodle Studios and I have coloured them using Copics.  The waves are a Craft Emotion Stencil and I have used Tim Holtz Distress Inks with them.

    Happy Anniversary to you and hubby, Lisa. It was our anniversary on the 1st of July, so we've been celebrating too! I love the clean simplicity of your card and the story behind using these adorable fishies. It must have brought him smile, to make the connection. Gorgeous waves!
