Fangletta

Hi Everyone

Hope you are all ok.  Thanks for dropping by.  I have a card to share with you.  The image is from Lacy Sunshine and she is called Fangletta.  She is the cutest little vampire I have seen.  I coloured the image using Promarkers.  The card Blank is 6" Square.  I used Black Card as my Base/Frame Layer and the Background Papers are from the Trimcraft Back to Basics Monochrome Paper Pad.  I used the Marianne Creatables Dies to cut the Purple and Orange Flourishes and the Skulls are cut from Cottage Cutz Gothic Gate Die.  I usd Black Lace through the middle and added Purple and Black Paper Roses.  I finished with a Handstamped Circle Sentiment and various Pearl Gems.  I loved colouring up this little Vampire, I especially had fun colouring the hair.  I would like to revisit her and colour her up in other colours.

Wee One!

Hi Everyone

Been a strange day weather wise here.  Colder than yesterday but the Sun was out so has been nice!
I have a New Baby Card to share with you today.  The Image is a Digi from Wee Stamps and is called Wee One.  I decided to colour this one Pink and make her a Girl using my Promarkers of course!  The Card Blank is 7" Square and I used a Go Kreate Die to cut her out and then the larger one for layering her onto.  I used a Pink Pearlescent Card for the Base/Frame layer.  The Background Paper is by LOTV and is from the Bear Necessities Paper Pack.  I used a Marianne Creatables Die for the Flourishes which I cut in Pink Gingham and a Elizabeth Craft Die to cut the "Congratulations".  I added various Paper Flowers, a Satin Bow, some Pink Pearl Gems and finished with 4 Pink Buttons.

Sexy Goth Girl

Hi There Everybody!

I have gone a bit Goth!  Yet another Fabulous Image from Delicious Doodles called Sexy Goth Girl.  I purchased it this morning and had to get working with it straight away! (Like you do!)  I coloured the image using Promarkers.  The Card Blank is 6" Square and I decided to Double Layer/Frame this one in Purple and Black.  The Pretty Background Paper is from The Black Charm Paper Pack, with its Swirly Leaves I thought it was a bit seductive to go with the image.  I added a gorgeous Purple Lace to the right hand side, Paper Flowers, a Lilac Satin Bow and Purple Gems.  I finished by adding a Black Gem Flower to the top left hand corner.

Snowy Postbox White on White

Hi Everyone

Yes you have guessed it!!!  I couldn't resist another Delicious Doodles Snowy Postbox.  This time White on White.  I have always admired White on White work by other crafters but never had a go at it myself.  I am very happy with the end result!   I left the image in its glory and just added Glitter to the snowy areas.  It really does Sparkle but I can't get the photo to show this!  The Card Blank is 7" Square and I used Swiss Dots White Card as my Background.  I used Memory Box Precious Snowflakes Die, Memory Box Frosty Border Die and also Robert Addams Word Die to cut the Merry Christmas.  I finished by adding White Pearl Gems to give it a little extra Bling!!

Happy Father's Day!

Hello There

I have been busy making up the Father's Day card that my 3 Children will give to my Husband.  Unfortunately my own Dad is no longer with us so it's nice to be able to still make up a Father's Day Card.  The Card Blank is 7" Square.  The images are both LOTV Stamps.  The Bear holding the cup is called Champion Ted and the other one is called Big Hug.  Both are adorable stamps.  I coloured the images using Promarkers.  The Background Papers are also LOTV and they are from the Country Gent Paper Pack.  I mounted these onto Brown Card as I did the Images to frame them.  I hand stamped the two sentiments and finished off by adding Brown Pearl Gems.

Silhouette Card

Hello Everyone!

Something a little different from me again!  Monochrome!!  I have never made a Monochromatic Card before and I love it!!!  Am already playing with ideas for the next one!!  The lady is a die cut silhouette and is holding a Rose in her hand.  I used a 7" Square Card Blank and used Black Card as my Layering/Framing Colour.  The gorgeous Black Rose Background Paper is from the Black Charm Paper Pack and I layered the Silhouette onto White Dovecfraft Glitter Paper and tucked a Memory Box White La Rue Flourish underneath it.  I added a touch of Pink Glitter Paper behind the Silhouette to make the Flowers in her hair stand out and her ear ring.  I used a White Organza Patterned Ribbon and Hand Tied the Bow.  The Roses were Handmade using the Britannia Multi Rose Die.  I Stamped a Happy Birthday Sentiment and then finished off by adding Black Pearl Gems.

I will be working with more Silhouettes and Monochrome Cards and really hope that you liked this one and will come back to share more with me in the future.  Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and please feel free to leave me a comment.

Snowy Postbox Red and White

Good Evening Everyone

I love this Snowy Postbox image by Delicious Doodles so much that I had to make another card up using it.  I think there will also be a few more!  I added a touch of colour this time to the image, Red for the Postbox and Green onto the Tree and Wreath.  I have also glittered the Snow and it really does sparkle.  The Card Blank is 7" Square and I used HunkyDory Deluxe Mirror Card as my Base/Frame.  I layered White Swiss Dots onto it and added a Red Snowflake Ribbon.  I cut some more layers of the Red Mirror Card and White Swiss Dots to make the two squares where I have put the sentiments.  I have used Robert Addams Word Dies for these.  I couldn't decide who this would be best for and originally thought I would add "Brother".  Then a friend said "oooohhh that is so my Mum and Dad", so I went with that!  To finish I used Robert Addams Snowflakes Die to cut the Snowflakes in the Red Mirror Card and then added Red Pearl Gems.  I had great fun once again with this image!

I have a firm idea for another Snowy Post Box Card so be sure to come back again soon and share it with me.  Thank you for visiting my blog.  Please leave me a comment as I would love to know what you think
