Bats Friends

 Hi Everyone.  
 
The next couple of months are my favourite as it means Halloween and lots of Christmas Crafting.  I have already shared one Halloween card this month but here is another one.  This image is just so adorable
 
This is my last DT project for this month for Conie Fong Art & Design Faceboook Group and for my card I have used this image called Bats Friends I have coloured them with Copics
 
I spent an hour trying to blend a background for them using Distress Inks but it ended up in the bin.  I don't know why I keep trying to make something that is passable, they always end up in the bin I am just rubbish at creating them.  So I went with this gorgeous digi paper from Digi Doodle Studios.  You can find it in the Magical Nights Digi Paper Pack
 
I fussy cut the image and added the sentiment (which comes with the Digi Image)  I popped on a dangling spider, a black satin bow and finished with purple pearl gems.

C.R.A.F.T GD Spot

 Hi Everyone

I was so excited to be asked to be Guest Designer at C.R.A.F.T Challenge 


The theme for this weeks challenge is Baby/Family and I made a New Bay Card using this cute image from Rachelle Anne Miller I coloured it using Copics and I stenciled the dots on using Distress Inks.  The sentiment is a clear stamp from Stampingallday

Challenge Reminder with Bubbles

Hi Everyone

It's time for a bit of inspiration from me from the Digi Doodle Store
along with a shout out about this months challenge over on the blog.

I have a card to share with you using Blowing Bubbles and I have coloured her using Copics

Our Challenge theme over on the Blog this month is use Black and/or Purple.  We are a bit short of entries which surprises me as these are popular colours!
 
You have until 28th  to enter this challenge which means there is only one week left!

You do not have to use a DDS Image to enter the challenge but the prize is greater if you do!

 For my reminder project I have made a Spring Fold Card.  I followed this tutorial HERE

 I used papers which are also from the Digi Doodle Studios Store.  They are in the Purple Classics Digi Paper Pack

Rudolf Gift Bag

 Hi Everyone
 
I was so pleased to be picked to be Guest Designer for SheepSki Designs Facebook Group
 

 Thank you so much to Andrea and her talented team, for having me
 
The theme for this months challenge which starts today is For The Kids
 
I made a gift bag ready for my youngest son to put a Christmas Present in for his best friend
 
The image is called Rudolf's Little Helper and I have coloured it using Copics and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter
 
 I used a snowflake embossing folder for the Top part and cut a snow mound from hammered card suing an MFT Scalloped Wavy Border Die.  I cut the letters using a Memory Box Die.  I finished by adding purple pearl gems

Autumn Amber

Hi Everyone

I am sharing a Circle Easel card I have made using Amber Rose from Digi Doodle Studios
 
I used GoKreate dies to cut the circle layers.  The patterned papers are fom LOTV.  I typed the sentiment on the laptop and printed with the image.  The apples are a poppystamps die

Witch Ginerva

Hi Everyone
 
Digi Doodle Studios has teamed up this week with Kit and Clowder to celebrate the end of the showcase week for the new releases.  Ginerva Witch will be available as a freebie until the 28th.  You must join the Digi Doodle Studios Facebook Group and also the Kit and Clowder one before you can claim her.
 
I coloured her using Copics.   I used memento Dew Drop Inks and a star stencil to create the background and then die cut the Halloween words using a Tattered Lace Die.

I love colouring up cute and spooky Halloween Images, there will be lots more to come over the next few weeks so please make sure you pop back and visit!

Jungle Bunting

Hi Everyone

These are the samples of what you will receive when you purchase these
 
A few years ago I made my Daughter some Bunting for her room with Fairies and her name on.  My youngest son has been on at me for ages to make him some.  These images were absolutely perfect for his bunting so that's what I decided to make
 
I coloured the image using Copics and the letters are die cuts that I ordered online as you order the letters that you need.

Jungle Fun

Hi Everyone

It's Showcase week for Digi Doodle Studios and there are 4 Fabulous Halloween Digi Stamps and 2 Amazing Animal Pairables sets


I am working with one of the Pairables sets for this showcase and it's called It's a Jungle Out There together with a new digi paper pack to go with it called Wild Thing

These will both be available in the store on 18th September (Links won't work until then)

For this card I used MFT Stitched Peek a Boo Window die.  I have been after this die for ages but they are so hard to get in the UK. As fast as they arrive they fly out of stock.  I waited about three months for this one come back into stock and ordered it the day it did!

I used the sentiment that comes in the digi stamp set and added some clear green gems and dotted them around to take off the "whiteness"

Dance like no one is watching

Hi Everyone

There has been another new release recently in the Conie Fong Etsy Shop 

This one goes by the name of Dancing Emily Bundle  You can actually buy the images in this bundle as separate items too if you don't want them all.

I coloured the images using Copics and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter to them.  The sentiment I added to the middle (this comes in the bundle)

Pretty Cow Bag

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of this months challenge over at Creative Craft Cottage 

 
The theme for this month is Include and Animal and we are being sponsored by Bugaboo Digi Stamps 

 

The DT were kindly given a choice of images to work with and I chose to use Pretty Cow which I coloured using Copics

I made a Birthday Gift Bag 

I used a straw and paper flowers to decorate the bag.  The Happy Birthday I cut in Pink Glitter Card using a Robert Addams Die.  To finish I popped on some Pink Pearl Heart Gems

Pink Birthday Sparkles

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of the new challenge over at Dragonfly Dreams 

The theme for this month is Happy Birthday and this challenge is dedicated to the memory of Traci who was the previous owner of Dragonfly Dreams.  September is her Birthday Month

We are being sponsored by Colour of Love for this challenge and I chose to work with Fairy Godmother Sugi which I coloured using Copics, a Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen and I added Diamond Sparkles Glitter 

I used my new MFT Peek a Boo Die to make this card and layered Pink Star Digi Paper which you can find here in the Pink Classics Digi Paper Pack at Digi Doodle Studios  I cut some Glittery stars using a star die and die cut the sentiment in Pink Glitter Card.  To finish I added Pink Pearl Gems

I bought a photo tent recently and its so great at showing up the glitter in photos.  You can actually see some sparkle on this card.
