Pretty Pink Bookmark

Hi Everyone

It is the start of a new challenge today over at Creative Craft Cottage

The theme for the next two weeks is Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness.  Please come on over and share your Pink Projects with us.

We are being sponsored this fortnight by Crafty Sentiments Designs

For my DT Project I decided to make a book mark.  I used the image called Beautiful Rose and coloured it with ProMarkers.  I cut the Book Mark from Bazzill and the patterned paper is from Scrap and Craft.  I rounded the corners using my X-Cut Punch.  The sentiment is a stamp that I do not know the make of!  I used a die to cut the rose and leaves and then added pearl gems to finish.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today and share this card with me.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.

Catching Butterflies

Hi Everyone

It is the start of a new challenge over at Unicorn Challenge

You have a choice of theme this time around as I couldn't decide which one to go with lol.  So you can either play along with Pretty Pinks or Halloween this month or both!!

I decided to go down the Pretty Pinks route for my DT card.

The image is a freebie from Faery Ink called Butterfly Catcher and I coloured this using ProMarkers.  The Card Blank is a 7" Scalloped Square and my Base/Frame Layers are Bazzill Basics Pink Shades.  The Spotty Paper is from WRS.  I made a border using Daisy Trim and the sentiment is hand stamped and then punched and layered onto another punched circle.  I used a Memory Box Butterfly Die to cut the Butterfly and finished with a little clear flower gem.

Monster Book!

Hi Everyone

It is the start of a new challenge over at Dark 'n' Daring Challenges

As always are theme is Anything Goes as long as its Dark or Sexy!  Cute Dark is allowed and we are hoping for a nice lot of entries this month as its all about Halloween!  Please make sure you share your spooky creations with us this month.

We are being sponsored by Nikki Burnette and Artidoodles this month so some great prizes on offer!

I chose to work with this image called Shadow Faerie from Artidoodles which I coloured using ProMarkers

I love making the notebooks so thought I would make one for this image.  (actually I coloured it twice, once in Green and this one in Red, so another notebook might follow shortly lol!)

I made the covers using 2mm white board and then used a Bazzill Basics Blackbird shade as my Base/Frame Layer.  The paper is a digital paper from Lozzy.  The colours went so well with the image colours.  I used a Memory Box Alphabet Die to cut the NOTES and added a Silver/Red Heart Charm.

Pink Baby Bottle

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Dragonfly Dreams

The theme for this month is Pink.  Please come on over and join in with us.

We are being sponsored for this challenge by Digital Delights.  I chose to work with an image called Little Dumpling and Stork which I have coloured using ProMarkers.

I decided to make a baby card using the Baby Bottle Template from Dutch Doobadoo.  I love working with these templates.  I cut this from Bazzill Pink Card and then layered spotty card onto this.  I cut the teat also from Bazzill.  I used a X-Cut Circle Die to cut out the image and then framed this with lace,  I added a polka dot pink ribbon and hand tied the bow.  I also popped on some pink paper roses, a satin rocking horse trim and a little satin bow.  To finish I added an It's a Girl Confetti Sentiment.

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges

Today is the start of a new challenge over at CCC Digi Creations.

The theme for the next fortnight is Anything Goes.  We would love you to join in with us!

We are being sponsored by Morgan's ArtWorld and Miss Daisy Stamps.

I am using an image from Miss Daisy Stamps called Santa Mouse
which I have coloured using ProMarkers and Diamond Sparkles Angel Whispers Glitter.

For my DT card I used a 6" Square Card Blank and my Base/Frame Layer is a Bazzill Basics Pomegranate shade.  I used double sided tape and covered this with Dovecraft red glitter to make a glitter border and then popped on a Red Satin Bow where the lines crossed.  The sentiment was hand stamped and is from Stampingallday.

Witchy Hat!

Hi Everyone

It is time for the New Challenge over at Farbika Fantasy Challenge Blog.

The theme for the next fortnight is Halloween.  Fabrika Fantasy have some fabulous images to suit this theme in the STORE.

I have chosen to work with this one called Halloween Cat which I have coloured with ProMakers and then fussy cut.

I wanted to make something different than a card so I found a template on the net for Mini Witch Hat.  These are designed to sit on hair bands but they are big enough to put a couple of choccies in and if you cut an extra circle you can block up the bottom and you can give these to the trick or treater's.  That was my way of thinking anyway lol!!

I made the hat out of Black Bazzill Card and then added a length of ribbon, some feathers and a Satin Bow.  Then I glued on the image.

I had fun making something a little different.
