Black & White Reindeer!

Hi Everyone

Today sees the start of a new challenge over at Creative Craft Cottage.  


The Theme for the next two weeks is Favourite Colour Combo.

We have some great sponsors for this challenge on of which is Poppyseed Graphics


The DT were given a choice of images and I chose this one which is called Reindeer Games

For my card I went CAS Style as I thought the image was really cute and should be the focus.  I coloured it using ProMarkers and layered it onto some Blackbird Bazzill card.  The Sentiments I stamped using a Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad.  Both are from Stampingallday.

Rhyme Time!

Hi Everyone

Today brings the start of a new challenge at Unicorn Challenge.


The theme for this Month is Inspired by a Nursery Rhyme/Fairy Tale.  Please come on over and join in with us.

I had such a lot of fun making my DT inspiration card for this challenge.  I used an image called Pretty Fish Bubbles Friends Sea Life from KJ Arting and I coloured it with ProMarkers.  The Card Blank is a 6" square and My Base/Frame Layers are Bazzill Basics.  The Wave Card is from Hunkydory.  I typed up the Rhyme words on the PC.  I added Dew Drops too.  I then decided that I had would add a bit more so I did the next bit of the rhyme inside and coloured the image again.

Christmas Flowers

Hi Everyone

It is the start of a new challenge over at Dragonfy Dreams.


The theme for this month is Say It With Flowers.  We are being sponsored for this challenge by Fred She Said and the image I chose to work with is called Poinsettia and Holly (Uncoloured) and I coloured this with ProMarkers and then coloured another flower and layered it on top to create a 3d effect.  The Card Blank is a 7" Square and my Base/Frame Layers are Bazzill Basics.  The Patterned Paper is from Wild Rose Studio. The verse is from Circa Designs.  I distressed the edges of both the verse and the image using Green Shimmer Chalk.  I cut 3 Poinsettias using Robert Addams Poinsettia Die and added Yellow Clear Flower Gems to the centres.  I finished by adding a couple of yellow pearls to the Poinsettias on the patterned paper.

Racy Winner!

Hi Everyone

Its time for a new challenge at Dark 'n' Daring Challenges.  The theme is Anything Goes as long as its Dark/Sexy.



We are being sponsored by the fabulous Karleigh Sue this month.  She has a store full of sexy and some darker images so pop over to the store and take a look.


The DT were kindly given a choice of images to work with and I decided to work with this one called Ready Set Go and I made a card for my Nephew's birthday.

The Card Blank is a 6" Square and my Base/Frame Layer is a Bazzill Blackbird shade.  The Gingham Card is from my stash.  Bot the sentiments were hand stamped and are from Stampingallday.

Naptime!

Hi Everyone

I was lucky enough to make an extra DT Inspiration card for the New Challenge at Calendar Girls Craft Challenges


This is a brand new monthly challenge blog and the theme for this month is Father's Day.

I have used an image called Lucky from Sheepski Designs  and I have coloured it with ProMarkers.


For this card I used a 6" Square Card Blank.  My Base/Frame Layer is a Bazzill Basics Blue Shade and the wood effect patterned paper is from Scrap and Craft.  The sentiments are both from Stampingallday.  I finished by adding Blue Pearl Gems

Froggie Fathers Day!

Hi Everyone

Here it is, the first challenge at the new challenge blog called Calendar Girls Crafty Challenges.

Chic and Monochrome

Hi Everyone

Its is the start of a new challenge today over at CCC Digi Creations


The Theme for the next two weeks is Anything Goes.  We have some great sponsors, one of which is The Paper Shelter.  This image is called Lovely and Chic and I coloured it using ProMarkers and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter to it. 


 The card size is approx 6 " and the this and the layers were cut using my Go Kreate Circles Die.  The Patterned Paper is from the Black Charm Paper Pad.  The Image was cut out using a Spellbinders Decorative Circle Die.  I used a Tatttered Lace Flourish Die which I cut out from Black Card.  I added a Black Satin Bow and a White Feather.  I decorated it with paper flowers, some Pearl Flowers and Black Pearl Gems.  The sentiment was stamped and punched using a Circle Punch and layered onto a black scalloped circle which I cut using a Spellbinders Die.
