I have gone all Christmassy! Its my absolute favourite type of crafting and I haven't made a Christmas Card for a while so thought I would make one up! I fell in love with this Delicious Doodles Image called Snowy Postbox and as soon as I purchased it had to start working with it! The first thing I did was add Glitter to parts of the Snow on the image. The card is a 7" Square Card Blank. I used Silver Mirror Card as my Base/Frame and layered HunkyDory Foiled Snowflake Background Card onto it. As this card is quite a busy pattern I felt I didn't need to or actually couldn't add lots of embellishments as they got a bit lost. So I decided to keep it more simple and added White Christmas Ribbon and a White Merry Christmas which is cut using a Robert Addams Word Die. I also added a stamped "Just for you" where the Ribbon crosses and then finished off with a large "WOW" factor Slver Bow.
I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges
I love this image and I will definately be making more cards up using it. Thank you for visiting my blog and sharing my projects with me. Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think. Hope you can visit again soon!
Absolutely gorgeous! I love that you left the image black and white and only added the glitter. Thank you for joining us this week at Fab'n'Funky!
