Who's Coming Little Bear?

Hi Everyone

Here I am sharing another inspiration for the Pink Gem Etsy Shop

This is an older image which was released last Christmas and he is just too cute!

When you ask a digi user which is your favourite digi its usually a really hard one to answer but this is mine from all the digi companies images I use.  I fell in love with him last year and I had to colour him up again this year. I have other favourites but if I had to list them this one would get the number 1 spot!

Can you name your favourite Digi or do you have too many?

This image is called Waiting Polar Bear  I just love that even though you cannot see his face you can feel the anticipation when you pop him on a card.  On this one you just know that he is waiting for either Santa or a loved one to come over that hill lol!

I coloured the image using Copics.  To create the sky I used Distress Inks and a White Gelly Roll Pen.  I hand stamped the sentiment which is from Stampingallday

Guest Designer for Penny's

 Hi Everyone

I was lucky enough to win one of the past challenges at Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges and I was invited to be Guest Designer for this fortnights Anything Goes Challenge.  Thank you to Geesje and her team for inviting me to join them this time.

They have a couple of sponsors one of which is SheepSki Designs and this image is called Seasons Greetings.

I decided to make it into a gift tag and add a background behind the main characters.  I have coloured the whole thing with Copics and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter.  The Tag is a Die from Tonic Studios

Scandinavian Gnome with Gifts

Hi Everyone

Here I am sharing another inspiration for the Pink Gem Etsy Shop

I love the new Snowy Mountains Background Digi Stamp and this time I cropped it and added Scandinavian Gnome with Gifts

You could add any of the cute Christmas Images that are in the STORE and create gorgeous scenes.  It really is fun.

I decided to colour the trees slightly messy rather than smooth.

The whole scene is coloured using Copics and a White Gel Pen

Snowflake Licking Fun!

 Hi Everyone

I was sooooo excited to be invited to be Guest Designer this weekend for Sweet November Stamps  A few weeks ago during a live colouring video Amy asked if there were any ideas for digi stamps.  I piped in with a lamp post to go with Christmas characters as I really want to learn how to do glow in the sky.  Low and Behold this weeks release is full of cute characters and a Lamp Post.  So as I was not sure how to do glow I had to wing it but I think it doesn't look too bad.  I am sure that Amy will colour one up in her videos and I will find out exactly how it should be done lol!

This weeks release has got a funny side to it.  There are elves and reindeer and a couple of them are really quite cheeky with their tongues poking out.  I used the Light Pole, Bow, Licking Reindeer and Laughing Elf. I just had to have the reindeer licking a snowflake off the elf's hair lol!

I have coloured the whole scene using Copics and a White Gelly Roll Pen. I even had a go at heat embossing the sentiment using WOW Powder.

I had such fun playing with these characters and I want to Thank Amy and Tee for having me for this release.

Snowy Scene for Snow Bear

Hi Everyone

Here I am sharing another inspiration for the Pink Gem Etsy Shop

I just had to colour up Snow Bear for a second time and this time I did Lesson 2 from the Sandy Allnock Holiday Card Backgrounds Class to make a snowy fence scene.

I saw on one of her videos that she used Tim Holtz Distress Spray to add a snowy mist over her card so I ordered some and had a go at using this. I am never very successful with craft sprays but this was not too bad lol

The whole scene is coloured with Copics and a White Gel Pen
