Anniversary Sparkles

Hi Everyone

A friend of mine asked me to make an anniversary card for her Daughter and Husband.  She said I have bought them Two Purple Wine Glasses as a present can you keep it along those lines!  I had all these ideas before that line lol!  I didn't have anything wine glass but I did have this Hunkydory Stamp which is Champagne Flutes so I went with that.  I coloured the image using Copics and added Diamond Sparkles Glitter which actually you can see in the photos for a change lol!  The Congratulations sentiment and the extra hearts are all part of the Hunkydory set and the Anniversary Sentiment is from Stampingallday. I added a stain bow to each flute.  Its nice to play with clear stamps as I use Digi's mostly.

Chloe's Snowman Card

Hi Everyone

My Daughter Chloe who is 7 years old is really getting into crafting.  I took her to her first craft show at Portsmouth yesterday and she bought a lot of goodies to help build her stash.  She was very eager to play with her new things and made two cards in the afternoon.

She was so pleased with them that she asked if she could blog and enter them into challenges lol.  So I said I would blog one for her and see how she gets on lol 

Here is a Christmas card she used with a Decoupage Topper by Creative Christmas. She used Foam Pads to build up the layers of the Snowman.   She layered some paper from Jolly Santa's Paper Pack on to Red Glitter Card.  She used a Hunkydory sentiment which she again mounted onto Red Glitter Card, added a Red Satin Bow and some tiny Red Clear Gems.  She also added some Glitter to the band on the Snowmans Hat.

Summer Thanks

I have made a Thank you card ready for one of the Teachers for the end of the school year.

The image is called Chloe with Daisy and I have coloured her using Copics

The Patterned Paper is from WRS and I have layered this onto Blue shades of Bazzill.  I thought this paper was perfect for Summer so I fussy cut out Chloe and stuck her on.  The sentiment I typed on the laptop before I printed the image.

Blue Summer Dress

Hi Everyone

As you may be aware if you are a regular to my blog I have recently been colouring with Copics more than I have ProMarkers.  I still follow the ProMarker Challenges and when I saw the sketch at Passion for ProMarkers this week I just knew I had to join in.  I love layers and this has lots of them lol. So I had to get my ProMarkers out and I added some Glitz with a Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen to the Dots on the Bows.   I chose this image by Conie Fong called Bow Tie in my Hair. 

This was perfect for the card I was asked to make for one of the girls in my Daughter's Gymanstics class that fractured her wrist last week and she will be missing from Gym until September.  She is very unhappy about this so I made this for the other girls to sign to let her know that they are thinking about her while she is recovering.

They decided the image should have blonde hair and be in blues so as instructed this is what I came up with.  I love a Blue Summer Dress lol!

The card is a 7" Square Scalloped and the Patterned papers are from LOTV and Scrap and Craft.  The sentiment is hand stamped and is from Stampingallday.  I added Paper Flowers, as Polka Dot Blue Bow and finished with Pearl Gems.

I went for CAS Style as there is No Patterned Papers.  I distressed around the edges using a Memento Dew Drop Ink pad and the Sentiment I typed before I printed the image.

It's a Bullseye!

It is the 15th of the month so that means it is time for 5 new releases at Farbika Fantasy.

They are mostly summer themed this time but this one was thrown in at my request as I really needed a darts image to make my Husband a Father's Day Card from the Kids!

He is called Bull Playing Darts and you can find him in the STORE as of today

 

I coloured Mr Bull up using Copics.  The sentiment is hand stamped and is from Stampingallday.  I added Black Pearl Gems to finish

Monochrome with Butterfles

Hi Everyone

It is the start of a new challenge over at Monochrome Magic

 

This month the theme is Anything Goes with a Twist of Butterfly/Butterflies.  So you can either enter under the Anything Goes as long as it's Monochrome or you can add the twist!  Don't forget though if you are using the Twist then your project still has to be Monochrome!  Please pop on over and play along!

For my DT inspiration I used the other image that I was lucky enough to win recently at a game over at the Conie Fong FB Group.  This Image is called Butterfly Wishes and I have coloured her using Copics.  The Patterned paper is from a Forever in Time Paper Pad.  I cut the butterflies using a \memory Box Die.  The sentiment I typed on the laptop before I printed the image out and to finish I added Brown Pearl Gems.

Puppy Love!

Hi Everyone

It is the start of a new challenge at CCC Digi Creations today.  

The theme for the next fortnight is Inspired by a Song/Nursery Rhyme and we are being sponsored by the fabulous Pink Gem Designs

My Song choice was Puppy Love by Donny Osmond!

The DT were kindly given a choice of images to use and I chose to work with this gorgeous little dog called Little Gem with Rose and I have coloured it using Copics.

 

I made a Get Well Card for my Mother In Law ready for when she comes out of Hospital after an Op.  She love Dogs lol! 

The Card is a 7" Scalloped Square and the Patterned Papers are from a Trimcraft Paper Pack.  The sentiment I typed along with the image and printed it as I didn't have a rubber stamp.  I cut the image using a Go Kreate Circle Die and then layered this onto a Scalloped Circle which I cut using a Spellbinders Die.  I finished by adding Pink and Green Pearl Flower Gems.

I am still fairly new on this team but I am loving it!  I adore all the images and they are such fun to work with!

I chose to work with this image called Teddy Brides and I have coloured this using Copics.

The Card Blank is a 6" Square and I have kept this design fairy CAS as I printed the image quite large and it didn't need anything fancy added to it.  I layered it up, added a sentiment from Stampingallday and finished with Clear Gem Flowers.

Lavender Bookworm Fairy

The theme for the next fortnight is in memory of Eileen who was the original owner of the blog.  She sadly passed away a year ago after a brave battle with Cancer so every June the first challenges on her two blogs are dedicated to her.  The theme is Include a Lavender Ribbon or Bow.

Eileen's Lavender Squirrel

Hi Everyone

It is the start of a new challenge over at CCC Digi Creations 

This is a very special challenge as it is dedicated to our friend and the original owner and of CCC Digi Creations Eileen Dobson who sadly passed away last year after a brace battle with cancer.

The theme for the next two weeks is Include a Lavender Ribbon or Bow.  Lavender is the general ribbon colour for all cancers and each year we will be having this theme in memory of Eileen.  I hope that you can come on over and join in with us.  The DT have made some gorgeous projects for Eileen so please make sure you check out what they have done.

GD at Pearly Sparkles

I was thrilled to be invitedto be a Guest Designer at Pearly Sparkles Challenge Blog  I love this blog and play along every month.  

They recently changed the rules so you can now enter as many times as you like as long as you follow the theme.  

The theme for this month is Masculine and I made a Birthday card using this image from Doctor Digi House of Stamps called Anglin' Andy and I have coloured this happy chap up using Copics and a Green Gelly Roll Glitter Pen.
